“Great service but it would be great if the return from Ireland could be improved. Puts me off ordering when I know there's a possibility I have to pay a full price to return. Also the poco nido might shoes - the sizing on your website is not the same as on the poci nido website and I ended up ordering the wrong size. This is confusing and costly”

“I love that I can buy a selection of barefoot shoes from a UK shop which usually means less worry about delivery. Unfortunately on this occasion, due to Royal Mail issues, I never received these shoes. Happy Little Soles customer service was fantastic and refunded me promptly. Perhaps giving customers the choice of carrier, even if it means us having to pay extra, means we can choose one that we know is more reliable in our area.”

“Good range of shoes. Good search on types e.g. High instep. Always hard to find my size and I'm wearing ones that are a tad small. Prices are high so I only have 3 pairs at the moment. Hopefully they will come down in time.”

“I appreciate Happy Little Soles as the only stockist of many different barefoot brands. It makes it easier to buy shoes in the UK. But I paid for next day delivery and I received a confirmation that it was arriving next day before 1pm. It didn't. I wanted the boots for a weekend away, but they didn't arrive on time despite the extra shipping cost. A part from that, I'm happy with the service.”

“Hi I'm buying from Ireland and feel the exchange rate on website completely off. 67 pounds is 90 euro and 8 euro extra for postage seems like huge difference. That's only thing I could fault”

“Hello I have just received a pair of Freet Tundra boots mail order from Happy Little Soles. I would say after a few minutes of wearing they are perfect for my “odd” shaped feet. I wouldn’t normally write about a product I’ve bought but I read the little white card attached to the shoe and I thought you care enough to listen. I was in the military years ago and had normal feet. Now in my mid 50s I have painful feet that have endured years of mountaineering, team sports and running. Basically I have no cartilage between the big toes and foot and now is calcified “bunions”. There is no bend in my toes, damp weather causes a hot poker sensation. I found pre covid that Altra shoes were the solution zero drop and wide toe box, I’ve had several pairs in the last few years as I quickly wear the sole unevenly which is a shame as the upper is still in good condition. So for the last year I’ve tried to find a boot to replace the Magnum Ambulance issue boot as these absolutely kill me. I have not found a dedicated boot like a Magnum specification boot, although recently I found Belleville TR102 miniMil boot which come close to work boot requirements but getting hold of them is tough. So I found these Tundra boots and look similar to what Altra might push out. I got them for work but I don’t think they will stand up to the rigours of Ambulance life I remain hopeful as they do not cause me any pain at all and am so glad I found them. I wonder if you might develop a similar style with perhaps ISO specifications like those Magnum might have but keep the style and comfort? I’ve attached the Belleville TR102 link. “I loved the shoes but ordered a UK size 6 going off measuring my foot in cm and adding a bit for room. Far to big I wanted to exchange but unfortunately you don't offer an exchange just refund and I have to reorder. I did receive a reply to my email asking about my exchange explaining you don't offer this service. Received my refund very quickly. I love the pumps hoping the size smaller fits. Very efficient service and refund just a change you don't exchange😁”

“HLS helps me buy shoes for my son who doesn't fit in high Street shoes. He has a high instep and wide forefoot and loves super roomy shoes. HLS allows me to search for the right fit but stock a wide variety to try on if it's not obvious from the website. My sons fav trainers are Xero and we have just moved onto Freet from Bobux for school shoes. I love free returns but free delivery on a big order would give HLS 5 stars!”

“Service is great, however I ordered a pair of Froddo’s with Velcro for my high instep son and while they’re wearable, they barely close and don’t look nice. The description says they’re good for high insteps but they’re not.”
