“Shipping from UK to Netherlamds took almost 2 weeks. Track&trace number is not valid anymore once the package leaves the UK so I nor the customer service could trace the package. Luckily it arrived safe.”

“The assistant was very helpful in choosing shoes and they arrived quickly - looking beautiful and great quality. Sadly the fit wasn't right for my child and I had to send them back, but returns are now free on this site, so that is a huge improvement in service.”
