“Hi I’m not happy at all with the service, we purchased some shoes for my son for £40 and they have literally fallen apart after a couple of hours! I sent photos straight over the day after I received them and have had no reply! I would really like a refund on these items as they are now unwearable! Thanks”

“The order was processed efficiently and arrived quickly. we were particularly impressed with the low impact paper wrapping and the information about shoe sizing. In our case the shoes did not fit and had to be returned. Return was really straightforward and refund processed in a timely fashion. Thank you. We will certainly buy shoes from you again.”
