“Great range of barefoot shoes! This time the delivery was a bit slower than usual, however my order was shipped from HSL immediately after it was placed so probably the Swedish Mail is the one to be blamed for that. Really happy with our shoes as well as with the service and just hate Brexit….”

“The shoes I had ordered are both great however I had an issue with the delivery. You did not include my telephone number on the package so the courier service was not able to contact me when he wanted to deliver it. When I was waiting for few days and got no package yet, I tried to track it via link provided. I found out which company is the contracted courier service for Royal Mail in Slovakia and contacted them. I found out the package was fortunately still in a depot so I went there to pick it up otherwise it would return back to the UK in few days.”

“Lovely shoes, good prices, excellent choice. My only hiccup is the shipping, it's quite pricey for DHL shipping, which is what I need to use if I want to see the shoes before 2-3 weeks, which is how long it takes for the Belgian post to deliver stuff but this is country specific and in general is not really a reflection on the company. The customer service is super responsive, kind and helpful. This all combined means that I am a regular customer for Happy Little Soles with four little souls that keep growing their little soles at a lightning speed. :) I love this shop and will continue shopping there!”
