“I had to return the same boots twice as faulty - same problem on both pairs. Customer service was good and responsive, return process was easy.”

“On my phone I could not enter a new address so had to have items shipped to the existing address, which was my mum’s. It wouldn’t let me scroll down. Tried it on my husband’s phone and got the same result. Other than that everything was fab.”

“The service from HLS is very good. The bobux shoes I purchased are great. The Milke wellies however have a very rough patch at the back of the leg - this caused my toddler to bleed. We’ve had to stick tape over it to protect him. Not the quality I expect from the brand.”

“Normally you send out an e-mail to say they are being sent but this time I did not get one and when I looked at my account and the status of the order it just said sent from within two minutes of placing the order, so I assumed there was a bug. It doesn’t really matter but they arrived the day I was about to phone to find out what was going on. However they arrived in good nick and are great. Still recommending you to everyone I know with children.”

“It'd be great if you had more views of each shoe on the website..... I often have to Google them elsewhere to see toebox shape etc which runs that risk that I'd shop elsewhere if searching for better images yields a sale elsewhere too!”

“The sandles I bought come off while my daughter walks. So she fell over a couple of times, which is sad for her, she’s only just turned 2. However the service I received was great!”

“Bought Livi and Luca boots for our little girl and they are beautiful! She has wide feet, so this was a good choice. I would however say the overall size is comes up large as she was recently measured by Clarkes as a 9.5 with plimsoles in this size fitting perfectly with space left. The size 10 boot is VERY large.”

“Great service, shoes arrive quickly and the free returns means you can try lots of pairs before deciding. Does seem a lot of the shoes however are feeling less and less barefoot and flexible. Brands such as pediped now seem very stiff, but then HLS have bought in new brands that do fit the bill better such as Plae. Will continue to buy all my kids shoes from this company but maybe more honest/detailed descriptions might be needed.”

“Unfortunately the order did not arrive. I ordered next day and it still hadn't arrived after 4 days. This was unfortunate as I am a visitor from abroad so wasn't able to wait for a reorder. Previous orders have been great though and I had good customer service when I contacted them about the order. I would like the calling hours to be a bit longer.”
