“Customer service was fantastic, from the kind and helpful answers to my many questions to the speedy delivery of beautiful shoes. I ordered 3 pairs of Pediped school shoes in the next 3 sizes my granddaughter will need as she loves her Pediped school shoes. I usually buy the next size up to have them ready for when the old ones wear out or her feet suddenly grow but they seem to be harder to get now so I decided to get enough for the next few years. I really appreciate the HLS loyalty discount scheme, their foot measuring device which I bought a few months ago, the Advice Hub with so much useful information on how to measure children’s feet, fit their shoes correctly and the difference in sizes of different brands and the very helpful description for each shoe, in particular the measurements of the insole of each size. Thank you very much.”

“The delivery was quick although no email so I didn't receive a confirmation of my order. I was also disappointed that they seem wide and I specifically ordered these as supposed to be a narrow fit.”

“Pleased with our bobux grass courts. I had purchased the waterproof version in rose gold from the bobux website but found the soles very stiff and the colour a bit much so ordered from here instead. The gold colour is lovely and I note that you do warn that the sole is stiffer on the waterproof ones. The soles on these are better and will hopefully soften up more. My daughter is used to her lovely tikki sandals also purchased from you and highly recommended (but not for winter!)”

“I ordered 3 pairs of shoes for my Sonos 19/08 , by 31/08 I was starting to panic about my son not having shoes in time for school starting as the order had not arrived yet.. I emailed happy little soles to enquire and even though it was a bank holiday weekend evening they got back to me straight away. It turned out I had somehow managed to miss my delivery from Royal Mail, (no red card - I only found out they had attempted delivery when I heard back from HLS) but with the information in the reply I was able to rebook the parcel to be delivered in time! The shoes were all fabulous barefoot quality and my son chose his favourites to keep. I will be returning the other pairs with the free return slip which is such a great feature. Thank you!”

“The knowledge of the team at HLS was fab - it meant I could confidently order a pair of shoes for my son’s narrowish Feet. As a physio I knew I wanted super light weight and flexible school shoes with space for feet to move and grow. I would definitely use HLS again and I am delighted with our Pediped school shoes.”

“These are my daughter’s first school shoes. They arrived promptly and fit her well. I like that they come with a removable insole to add an extra half size on for when her feet grow. She wore them today for her first day at school and said they had been comfortable. I would recommend.”

“I measure my childrens feet following the happy little soles websites guide and then I look for shoes that would fit using the search boxes on the main webpage and then one or two clicks and its done. The inner shoe length is listed for each shoe so it makes fast work of selecting the right size. The shoes arrive quickly, they fit and are comfortable without needing to be 'worn in' and I haven't had to spend my time struggling to shoe shops on a quest to get my children to try on shoes!”
