“Got a 3 gallon McGraw Air compressor with an accessory pack on sale, got it home, plugged it in, filled the tank, and works wonderful. Sure saves time from having to go to a gas station and Air up the tires, and can start getting pneumatic tools for it.”

I bought a 2400 psi pressure washer over 2yrs ago now nothing was wrong with the machine at all the only problem was the wand broke well you guys don’t sell the wand it self and no longer make my machine plus my warranty was up back in July of 2025 so Nick paid me for what I originally paid for my unit and gave me the closest unit to my old one all I had to do was purchase a warranty on the new unit which was no problem. I’m very pleased on how well I was taken care of. Again thank you”

t's not management and I didn't get the young man's name yesterday when I went in at about 12:00 noon on October the 7th 2025,..
I had left personal belongings wallet in a vehicle parked out at the recreation park many miles down south and by the time I realized that I was home in fort Worth so I did my friend said he was going to bring it Tuesday and we decided to meet at harbor freight where he needed to shop well I got there very early, before my friend was leaving the shop and he misunderstood I was there for almost 2 hours and then I went sat in the truck and the manager there at the store was concerned I mean he you could tell and then when my friend did show up I waited for him at another location to go eat and then we went to the store so he could shop because I had my personal and my wallet I had on my belongings but they seem to be very concerned in reality it looked a little weird thank you”
“I bought a 4375 predator geni in February 2023. I hate to say this b/c of the value price should rise as a result. I ran that geni everyday until April of 2025. Everyday not one day missed. I only took it back b/c something broke I couldn't fix without a mechanic which the warranty covered. I changed the oil every month. Broke the pull strong once. Had to do a tune up twice. That's all. I might be a lucky customer but I give em a 5 out of 5 for dependability, warranty , and service with no hassle. Great place gone there for over 20 years and enjoy it everytime I'm there. It's like the toy store for adults. Thanks harbor freight”

I already own multiple 3 pc Drill Brush Power Scrubber sets that go for $18.95. & a comperable Drill Brush 5pc set is $27.99. Bottom line... I can't tell the difference in the quality of the Grants and the Power Brush sets.”

“On several occasions, I have asked the assistance of his worker named LEON in Harbor Freight Tools (located in Tarrytown Road, NY branch) and despite seeing him very busy, he took the time to help and give me advice on some of their goods and if not available in their store, he was not selfish to provide me some suppliers/stores where I could obtain the item. As an elderly he was so patient and perhaps he think that I needed more help than the other customers. He knows how to deal with his customers well and I wish other staff will follow his example.
