“Firstly, the item I recieved looked nothing like the one from the website. I was told I could return it but it would be at my own cost and they recommended it be sent signed for/tracked. This cost me just over 6 pounds! I sent them the picfure of my receipt and asked would I even atlwasr get half of the shipping price refunded and was given a flat no. Days later I have tracked the item myself and seen that it has been delivered and signed for by the company five days ago. They haven't even contacted me to confirm they've recieved I have had to chase this up myself. Plus still no sign of my refund, plus over 6 pounds out of pocket and the hassle of tracking and having to email them myself asking what is going on.”

“Very good and efficient service, quick delivery and packaged well. I ordered a concrete vase and large wall heart which are very fragile. Lovely items!! On order I got an email from the owner which I thought was a nice touch. Will use Harrison Cropper again, I also like the range of items, all lovely!”

“Lovely cushions quality is very nice but no customer service support in any way. No phone answered, no call returned when voicemail left and query email by replied to. If they sort this then would give 5 stars as when you order online and contact isn’t available or replied to it makes you nervous when your goods are late to arrive”
