“I liked the items I received they were exactly what I wanted. Problem I had was that I paid £15 for shipping.. to my surprise I received a text on the delivery day to say I must pay a extra €42 to have items delivered. I was never made aware of this through correspondence. I presumed the duties were included in the delivery. Please let people know or sort it out.. so delivery cost me €60... I did email at the time I received the text from dpd but still no email back. Not even a apology. 3stars for the products.. took 2 stars off for the issues above.”

“Lovely cushions quality is very nice but no customer service support in any way. No phone answered, no call returned when voicemail left and query email by replied to. If they sort this then would give 5 stars as when you order online and contact isn’t available or replied to it makes you nervous when your goods are late to arrive”
