“Alstroemerias as expected, although rather surprised by the brown stems. They did arrive slightly squashed & took a little while to smooth them out, but they do look natural.”

“Edit - Received replacement and the error was due to staff shortage. I’m now satisfied with my purchase, Possibly the online side could be improved customer services wise as I wasn’t kept informed and updated (Especially as my item arrived damaged and I had to make a special trip to return it etc). Sadly item arrived damaged. Received returns label, sent back and has been received last Wednesday but no replacement sent for over a week. No reply to emails now. Really disappointed as this was to finish a room and I’m currently without the heart. Fully appreciate damage happens in transit but the lack of communication and quick resolution is very disappointing.”

“The item I ordered was not dispatched for over a week, I had to email them to ask when I could expect delivery. To be fair the lady got back to me and said there had been a delay with dispatching the item, and I did receive it when she said I would. I would use HC again as the item I ordered was lovely. .”

“I bought a lampshade,I was pleased with colour and size etc, just as on the photo. I was kept informed as to the postage and arrival time. It took a long time but I was confident it would arrive. Pleased overall with the service and product.”

“Purchased 2x draught excluders. They were advertised as 90 cm long. In actual fact they are 88 cm long . Perhaps should have been advertised as 90cm “approximately.” I purchased them for the bottom of my patio doors - 180 cm wide. There is a small gap but I can live with it.”
