Have tried calling and have emailed to report damaged product . How do I return without incurring postal costs ?

I thought I had purchased a ceramic rabbit called Riley. When it arrived it was so obviously a badly made moulded Made in China copy! It was dull white - probably a cheap plaster cast with a chipped ear that had been painted over. There were black marks all over - not sure what they were but looked like felt tip pen lines. There were mould marks (like elongated dents) down both sides of the body. When it arrived and I had unwrapped, I immediately rang Harrison Cropper in Preston. I said how disappointed I was and explained the problems and was told to use return slip in box and I would be refunded. No apology or explanation given. I have been refunded except for the nearly £15 it cost me to return the rabbit! Don't touch this company, their facebook pictures bear no resemblance to what you actually get!

Firstly, the item I recieved looked nothing like the one from the website. I was told I could return it but it would be at my own cost and they recommended it be sent signed for/tracked. This cost me just over 6 pounds! I sent them the picfure of my receipt and asked would I even atlwasr get half of the shipping price refunded and was given a flat no. Days later I have tracked the item myself and seen that it has been delivered and signed for by the company five days ago. They haven't even contacted me to confirm they've recieved I have had to chase this up myself. Plus still no sign of my refund, plus over 6 pounds out of pocket and the hassle of tracking and having to email them myself asking what is going on.

Postage was very slow to arrive due to Royal Mail. Package now arrived and very happy with it.

Very disappointed. Customer service is appalling. Ordered a lampshade in October still hasn't received it by mid December. Numerous emails and messages sent back and forth. Finally refunded after 7 weeks with no apology or reason. Would avoid at all costs.

Goods delivered but they were gift and receipt was included in parcel, even after notifying them with order.No notice of despatch was sent. Spoilt the birthday surprise. Will not be ordering from them again.

Purchased framed picture from Harrison Cropper. Whilst waiting on delivery there was no communication re its delivery which took 2 weeks. I emailed several times for updates but no reply. The picture then appeared, box burst open and inevitably the picture was broken. Had to then arrange return, there was no offer of a replacement only to return it. Did that and I'm still waiting on my refund!!!!!!This fiasco all started on 7 November 2018 And still going on a month later.Poor show and most disappointing.

I was pleased with the quick delivery of my order, however, one of the items arrived in a broken and squashed box. Inside was a return form from another customer who had returned the item in June, her name and address was on the form. As the item was a present for a friend I had to find another box to put it in. I sent an email the same day stating my disappointment of the carelessness of the packer and about the damaged box. Two weeks later I am still waiting for a response. I won't be placing another order.

Difficult to write a review on something that never arrived! When I pointed this out I received a curt reply ad using I’d been refunded, no offer or attempt to put things right, very disappointing!

No after sales I received a faulty cushion and nothing was done hence wasted my money.
