“Terrible company. Ordered 3/21, item shipped 3/26. The link is a China tracking ( online never showed it would ship from China) and its been sitting there since 4/2. Email then and get same answer over and over. Shipping delaying because of COVID. Taking 2-4 weeks. It’s been 5 weeks. No product, they won’t even acknowledge it hasn’t moved in shipping. I paid thru PayPal. Praying I get my money back from PayPal.”

“Same issue as everyone else. Pleasant emails to my inquiry, refusing to refund my money and telling me to be patient. Tracking still says "logistics order has been created" when translated from Chinese 4 1/2 weeks after order. I've disputed it directly with my credit card issuer.”
“Like everyone else, this is a scam. Bought the fitness bands late March and it’s still apparently shipping from China. Customer service will not return emails and they blame slow response due to the pandemic. Essentially they found a niche and ran with it, now we are SOL. Screw this company”

I ordered the Ultimate Workout Set on March 24th. Nowhere does it say that this product ships DIRECT FROM CHINA! Had I known with the Coronavirus Pandemic I would not have ordered.
I tried to cancel my order through Customer Service March 30th, and I was told it was too late because it was shipped already. I was given an App Link to track the package.
As of today, April 26th, the tracking says my package is still in Zengzhou China.
I will never buy nor recommend anybody to buy from this company.”
“This “business” is a scam, they take your money, provide a fake tracking system and your item never arrives. When you contact “customer service“ they run you in circles in broken English. One day my package was in Chicago, a week later it was just being shipped. Stay away!!!”
“Ordered resistance bands March 22. It’s April 17 now. They told me via email it was on the way March 30. Since then i’ve been back and forth with their customer support. One day theyll tell me is shipped 3-5 days ago. Then they’ll tell me it shipped 1 day ago.
The tracking number they gave has said accepted in China since April 8. No movement at all and they’ve refused a refund after the first 24 hours.
I understand delays with the pandemic but it’s been almost 1 month and its still in China? (Im in Nj) with no new update in 9 days?!
Meanwhile ordered the same thing on Amazon and it shipped within 2 days and will arrive April 21-24.
Dont trust this company!”
“My resistance bands have been on delivery since 3/22. They gave me a tracking number and it did not match ANY of the delivery companies. I sent them a nasty email and received one back stating that their system had problems due to the pandemic and that my package was delivered 1-2 days ago. REALLY!!! Definitely a scam and I’ve been had like a lot of other people. Hopefully PayPal will get my money back for me. Not holding my breath though.”
“Same deal as many others. I ordered exercise bands in late March. They gave me a tracking number for China Post. According to this, my package has been on a plane in transit since March 29 -- three weeks! They have not replied to my emails. Likely a scam. How do we go about shutting them down?”
“I just read reviews from other unsatisfied customers so I thought I'd add mine. I ordered work out bands on 3/25 on 3/27 said they left China well it's now 4/15 just trying to find out status but they won't respond and no number. So the gyms will probably open up in couple months and still won't have them.DT”
