Our reasons for patronizing the store is because of their customers service and the fact that if there's issues with the products sold they are resolved to our satisfaction.
The store contains a large and varied array of goods, electronic, whitegoods and furniture that along with it's customers service makes for a seamless shopping experience.”

“My partner and I went to Harvey Normans 3 weeks ago to buy a chest freezer. Wyatt was helping us here in Alice Springs – and I must say it was the best customer service ever! He found an amazing deal but unfortunately there was a delay due to someone else having ordered it but never picked it up (long story). Wyatt could have left it at that and sold us a more expensive product, but he was determined to solve this and kept me up to date at least once a week.
