“I couldn't have had a more positive retail experience than I recently had in the Busselton Harvey Norman Furniture and Bedding Department and I can't thank Jade enough for the customer service I received. She was so thorough, easy to communicate with and had a wealth of knowledge, pointing out all of the Ellie product features and specifications. Nothing was too much trouble for Jade! I absolutely love my new Ellie two seater and one seater. The contemporary style; complete with curved backrests, tapered timber legs and textured fabric gives my sitting room a totally new look; plus, thanks to Jade, my products were delivered two days after my purchase.”

“Mr. Alvin Sim at the Harvey Norman Outlet was most patient and helpful in explaining the various laptops available for my usage. He was clear in his explanations especially when I have limited computer knowledge and language. He was attentive and recommended one that was within budget and most importantly, for my simple needs. “We needed to return a product to Harvey Norman Noarlunga and were more than pleased with the understanding and treatment we received. Shanice, Daytona and Dakota listened to us then facilitated a refund in the most pleasant, friendly and professional manner. We cannot thank these three people for the outstanding service they delivered - and with great senses of humour. We’ll be back!”

“Went into the new store in Sutton Coldfield & met a lovely young lady called Gray who was very knowledgable on a few products we were looking at, Friday Gray called us saying price has gone up on a certain product but would honour the price she had given us, again very charming & professional! Thank You Harvey Norman for choosing Gray, I am sure she is a great addition to the team!”

“Harvey Norman Broadway NSW has the best customer service. I bought my computer and printer from them in store.I always go to Harvey Norman first either in store or online. The manager contacted me recently about a heater that had been discontinued. He offered me a full refund. I was happy to wait until the new heaters come into stock and for them to send me one. Lovely guy. He emailed me 3 times and explained that he would follow up on the re order and keep me updated. I am elderly and this is good old fashioned service. So nice that it is still around amid the chaos.”

It was a stinking hot day, lots of stairs and such a heavy fridge. It was no trouble at all for them. They just cracked on with the job. 5 STARs for these super humans. “Cynthia in TV dept was knowledgeable, direct, personable, easy to converse with, and, in fact, witty. We very much appreciate her insights about the products and felt she dealt with us honestly. We felt no pressure but were being informed and felt we made our own decision. We are very happy with our final choice, and she made for a very accommodating haggling experience. Thank you, Cynthia, for the info about the TVs on offer. We would certainly seek you out for any further purchases in your field.”

“On Monday 24th November 2025 It was extremely nice of Atilla from the Chirnside Park Store to do the Hisense AX5100Q 5.1 Channel Dolby Atmos Soundbar - Black for $250 because the manager approved the authorisation. Also it was extremely nice of Atilla to bring it out to the car for me and to put it into the car for Leanne since I can't carry it due to having a left leg discrepancy.”

“we took delivery of our new lounge from HN yesterday morning. The delivery guy and driver, Sayed and Philip, were prompt and polite. They were efficient and organised and delivered and set up the 3 piece lounge in less than 30 minutes. Very impressive.”

“Harvey Norman Chitta Mall Ara Dsara gave me extraordinary after-sales-service warranty support most recently. My Electrolux fridge digital micro panel controlling the temperature & others was found malfunctioning & defective. My complaint was attended by Mr. Wah. I would like to convey my humble gratitude & valuable thanks to Mr. Wah for his extraordinary service by going beyond extra miles in getting my fridge attended by technician on a fast pace mode & got the fridge replacement parts installed within 5 working days. He was extremely professional in his commitments, communication & promises he made was fulfilled. I give him 7 stars for his customer service capabilities. My hats on him. Harvey Norman certainly very blessed & gifted for having such a dedicated employee like Mr. Wah who had shown accountability & sense of belonging to loyal Harvey Norman repeat customers like me, thus making me to feel Harvey Norman as my first priority choice of supplier. Mr. Wah should deserve best employee award for his perseverance in handling defective warranty complaints. Employee like Mr. Wah is a great asset to the employer in adding tremendous values to stakeholders. Given an opportunity, I would sincerely wanted to pay a casual visit to meet Mr. Wah at Harvey Norman Chitta Mall to honor him lunch treat to show my sincere & honest appreciation to his extraordinary help & support rendered hence making me feel confident purchasing at Harvey Norman. One man like Mr. Wah had made significant differences the way I respect employee engagement at Harvey Norman. Thanks again Mr. Wah 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻”
