“Brilliant Service, irrespective of the size of the order, (I tend to place my orders by telephone). ALL staff are very pleasant and very efficient. I cannot fault with any part of the "Hatton's Operation; I have dealt with the company for over 17 years and long may it continue. Orders are quickly confirmed by e-mail and soon after delivery is advised. Probably the best customer service in the world, if only you could bottle it!”

“Always great and friendly service from Hattons and I have been a Hattons customer for many years. The orders come quickly and are just as they say they will be. Prices are always fair and reasonable. Sometimes I place an order in the evening and the stuff comes the next day. I don't know of any other model railway retailer that can achieve such a quick turnaround. The staff are knowledgeable and efficient. When I hear the scouse accent (or indeed any Hattons accent) on the telephone, I know I am in good hands. I can't talk about returns and refunds as they have never come up with my orders. I can say honestly that I have no hesitation in recommending Hattons.”

“A corner shop feel on line. Hattons give me a corner shop feeling, because they keep me informed about my orders, and on line there is a section where they have pictures of the Hattons team, along with a little info about them, I find that a very nice touch. Another thing that I like is their pricing, keep it up. (Or should I say Down?). No matter what I order it arrives very securely parcelled up, and am kept informed about delivery, which is always punctual. Thank You All. Thank you very much to all at Hattons.”
