“Ordered the 3 Snailbeach hopper wagons,one in plain grey,one in brown and one in SDR livery. These were ordered on the Friday 12th August and delivered on the Saturday 13th August which I think was very fast. I was very pleased with the 009 hopper wagons and well packed. Thank you Hattons for the quickness of the delivery. Malcolm Ibbotson.”

“I ordered a second hand Hornby 66 yesterday afternoon,received it this morning at10.20! Well packaged and in exactly the condition as described. I also had an order last week with the same result. At Christmas time I also had an order within two days! I look forward to meeting the exhibition team when things are back to nomal! Cheers from Sally and Ken”

“Hattons provide an unparalleled service. Prompt, accurate and great communication. I can order on a friday and by the following Thursday be installing items on my layout in Canada.
