“Ordered several items, website is easy to use and ordering simple. good communication on order tracking. Items delivered as described. The kind of effective, straight-forward, transaction that just worked. Will be using again (probably more frequently than my wife would like!)”

“I have Had dealings with this firm for a number of years. They deal with all sorts of models not just railway. In all these dealings I have never once had to complain. Their service is exceptional. Usually whatever is ordered is delivered very quickly & well packed, with notification of when it has been dispatched.”

“Thank you Christine, The Loco arrived from Hattons promptly and well packaged. It was already a bargain but when it arrived had the added feature of being DCC ready which was not mentioned in the Xmas 17 brochure. I’ll be back ! Gary Brooker”

“I have all way's received a good service from hatton's, I have bought some new and pre owned models, and they give a good report of any item before you buy of which I have been very pleased and satisfied, I like the web site that is categorised so you can find what you are interested in quickly. and delivery is also very good so well done to all staff. Sid.”

“Very helpful, very knowledgeable and a wide range of stock which includes a Pre-Order facility. They will buy most railway stock and give a reasonable price for buying for cash. And they provide your cash quickly. Their despatch department does what it says it will do and use a wide range of reliable carriers including Royal Mail and Yodel. For me, their best service is Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm at £7 which is less than the PO counter price. Only problem with Royal Mail is they don't guarantee Saturday deliveries - but Yodel fill that gap but it is an "all day" delivery.”

“This Company, has never failed me to come up with an order i have placed, although small ones, all staff are very knowledgeable & must know of all products in the hobby. "Full Marks" every time, Brilliant. I would not deal elsewhere.”

“Excellent service, good website easy to use, and once purchased well packed for shipment to Australia. Any problems , queries regarding product they will endeavour to assist, also good with the online chat line. Can recommend Hattons to anyone in the hobby of model railways.”
