Absolutely love my new Frank Olsen unit, can not fault the service, used the help desk service twice, at first read a few negative reviews but wasn’t going to let that put me off from buying, used my credit card so always protected regardless. Pleased I made the purchase, Kirsty was very helpful and assisted me with a missing manual, all built up and has transformed my room! Look forward to seeing this range grow! Would not hesitate in coming back! All the best.

Great customer service over the telephone. The gentleman was very helpful and helped me to track my package which wasn't delivered due to me entering my address incorrectly. He was extremely competent and attentive and his attention to detail to make sure it got sorted was great. He definitely went the extra mile.

Not sure why people get upset that they didn't check the delivery times? Happy with my new desk, arrived well within the published delivery time and they told me when to expect it...

I found the staff at Haus direct to be very helpful, in particular Tom. I had issues with the delivery of my parcel and Tom went above and beyond to resolve these issues. I’m very happy with the service I have received. I would definitely shop here again.

Great Service driver kept me updated on the day of delivery which allowed me to carry out my morning work commitments. I did read some negative reviews before placing my order but I can assure you this company have a great level of service and product offering, having set my tv unit up the quality is better then the images! Big thumbs up guys, I will be back for the side unit to match.

Firstly, Haus Direct, thank you for your services on the supply of my mini office furniture, I am extremely happy with the overall quality of the German furniture as the images depict. Secondly, your team were very knowledgable prior to making this purchase so I think they deserve a pat on the back for the support provided. I too run a business and value feedback which is why I am taking the time to write this review, I do see a number of negative reviews which I also saw prior to making the purchase but equally saw positive ones, having visited your store as I live 25 minutes from the north east branch I was reassured that you are trust worthy and reputable, the staff In store were very professional and well mannered which was equally pleasant to see. The order did go over by 4 days but I took into account the Christmas period and completely understand the chaos that businesses must face, thank god I am not in logistics. This is a minor gripe nonetheless as I know expected timeframes are not always a guarantee. Nonetheless, great service from a great company, your product offering is very overwhelming and your team notified me you have some exciting new lines coming next month, I look forward to returning to your site soon.

Exceptional Service, ordered 3rd January and my marle chair arrived 8th January, I was hesitant at first because of some reviews I read but all I can say is thank you Haus Direct, you kept your word and delivered within the timeframe stated, maybe it was just a Christmas blip others encountered but my experience was a good one! I will be back for a second chair for the wife when I get paid later this month! :-)

Excellent customer service. Very helpful and patient with my various phone calls to the company regarding my enquiries. Bought the mini office. Very impressed with the design and quality of the furniture. Very happy with Haus. Highly recommended.

Just received our Frank Olson units and very happy with them. Had read some negative reviews about delivery times and was nearly put off. I phoned customer services and spoke to Tom who assured me I would have my Units within 3 or 4 days. They arrived next morning before 10.am Very impressed

I caused Haus a problem by having to change my delivery address before my office desk was dispatched. I informed customercare of my new address which they passed on to their delivery people. I phoned ITD to arrange a suitable delivery date and confirmed the delivery address. My office desk arrived yesterday. Both Haus and ITD did a splendid job. Haus customercare were very helpful responding well to emails and telephone.

I bought a desk for my son after a house fire destroyed all our possessions. The quality of the product is excellent and it was straight forward to assemble. Very pleased.

Thank you HAUS. Ordered an oxford corner desk and this item arrived as expected, perfect product at a perfect price, great value for money. We will be back! Only advise would be it would have been great have a timed delivery slot, we did try to obtain this but we were given a 4 hour window on the day, this would be my only grip. I can see you have a few comments from customers being negative but i have to say we did not experience any issues and this day and age people need to have more confidence, if your not happy with the service ask for a refund, always quick to leave negative feedback but how often do you really leave positive feedback?? Thanks again HAUS.

Thank you for swiftly deliverying our order, we did struggle getting through at first but quickly realised you had a telephone issue and we reached out to your website for the updated numbers, your CS team were very helpful. Other than that your driver delivered on a Saturday which was great which suited us better and our order arrived just in time for our party! Thanks again we will be back HAUS.
