"One order led to 4 separate deliveries of my plants with no warning of arrivals. Plants are all very small and need potting on so hopeless for planting out in current season. This company promises more than it delivers and I will not use again."

We've never laughed so much in our house, also - we're going to buy from our local garden centre from now on.\nMy sympathies go out to the people on the Hayloft switchboard - you can tell they're used to complaints!"

"I have just received their geranium collection and it is extremely poor. Only one of the 24 plugs had strong roots. I have been a loyal and happy customer for several years but this year I have had problems with each of the three deliveries. I am not sure what has happened this year, so sad but I will not be buying from them again."

"I ORDERED A PENSTEMON COLLECTION OF 6 PLANTS , 2 OF THE PLANTS WERE DEAD THE OTHER 4 WERE OK. I CONTACTED THE SELLERS AND THEY QUICKLY REPLACED THE DEAD PLANTS , THERE MUST BE SOMETHING LACKING IN THERE NURSERY WHEN IT COMES TO CECKING THEIR PLANTS OUT FOR DELIVERY BECAUSE THE PLANTS HADNT GOT IN THE STATE THEY WERE IN OVER THE DELIVERY PERIOD , THEY WERE DEAD BEFORE THEY WERE SENT OUT. I WON'T BE BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN"
