“Only had it for three days now which is the only reason for a good and not great review. So far easy to get used too. Seems to be better for my sleeping posture and there is reduced neck pain in the morning. If this continues it will be an excellent review.”

“Excellent service durant le processus de vente, incluant conseils personnalisés sur le choix de fermeté. Malgré un léger problème de communication en après-vente, le tout s'est rapidement résolu, j'ai reçu un bon service et en suis satisfait.”

“Confortable mais je vais commander une épaisseur 21 car 24 c'est un peu trop. Ensuite je pourrai dire si mes achats étaient bons ou non. Merci. Le service de livraison est super. Merci”

“The support is very good. However it does take a few days for the pillow to soften and adjust to your neck/head. Not certain what the filling is, but it seems to bounce back a bit when not in use.”

“My husband and I have bought your pillow. We both had neck pain and it has helped us relieve the pain.”

“Great product and great customer service whenever needed. I would say that since the move to the on-line ordering platform, this has created a lot of confusion in verifying the sizes with the descriptions that appear when we order. We order using the numbered sizes, (18, 21, 24, 27, 30, 33) and the on-line ordering system does not display the sizes in this way on most of the pages, so it is quite an effort to constantly be going back and forth between pages to confirm that we aren't making sizing mistakes when ordering. Can we please request that the numbered sizes appear on the distributor list throughout the ordering process? Thanks”

Hi Katharine, Thank you very much for your positive review. I have good news for you. The numbers you are looking for are already on the Wholesale Order Form. Please note that you can easily order without experiencing the issue of the numbered sizes by going to the Wholesale Order Form located under the Distributors tab, once you have logged in. The SKU column (located to the left of the prices) shows all of the numbers that you are used to. It's the best way to order quickly and efficiently. Please do not hesitate ever contact us if you are having any issues. We are always happy to help you and thank you for being such a great customer. Best regards, Desiree
