The pillows are hypo-allergenic, hypo-bacteriogenic (washable), and available in 7 different thicknesses for adults in Standard, Queen, King & Travel sizes & 2 different thicknesses for children. “L'oreiller est beaucoup trop épais, ce qui fait que j'ai le coup "brisé" (trop d'angle) lorsque je me couche dessus. Je peux remplacer ou rembourser l'oreiller après discutions avec le service, mais je dois débourser à nouveau des frais de livraisons. J'aurais aimé essayé un format plus moelleux, mais si l'oreiller ne fais pas encore, je devrai encore débourser des frais de livraisons. Je vais avoir débourser entre 35-55$ de frais de livraison dans cette situation, ce qui est la moitié de la valeur du produit. Si j'avais acheté d'Amazon plutôt que directement de votre site, j'aurais sauvé les frais de livraison. De plus, ma chiropracticienne vend vos produits au prix coûtant, donc non seulement j'aurais sauvé 35$ de livraison, mais j'aurais également sauvé 30$ sur le coût de l'oreiller. Bref, mauvaise expérience. Je ne rachèterai certainement plus de vous.”

Bonjour Monsieur Breton, Merci pour votre témoignage. Suite à nos discussions par courriel, nous avons expliqué à deux reprises que les échanges sont commplètement gratuits. Nous faisons toujours tout dans notre possible pour vous envoyer l'oreiller d'une épaisseur convenable. Par contre, il se peut que des fois, dépendant des habitudes de sommeil, fermeté du matelas ainsi qu'un goût personnel, l'oreiller doit être échangé pour une autre épaisseur qui est plus moelleuse. Vous pouvez échanger votre oreiller sans aucun frais. C'est pour cela que nous avons suggéré pendant nos communications cette démarche au lieu d'un remboursement. Votre chiropraticienne doit semsiblement vendre l'oreiller à un prix de détail suggéré approximatif et non le prix coûtant. L'offre de l'échange sans frais est toujours possible. Malgré tous nos efforts pour vous envoyer la bonne épaisseur, il se peut des fois qu'un ajustement est requis car le matelas aussi rentre en ligne de compte pour l'épaisseur d'un oreiller. For this reason, we offer free exchanges for our pillows in case a pillow is too thick or not thick enough. Our records indicate that you were offered this option, but wished a refund. We offer free exchanges because our mission is for our customers to receive a perfectly-fitting pillow. As stated on our website, pillows may be returned via a method of your choice for a full refund. If a return label is sent to you, a nominal $10 fee is deducted from the refund. “I wanted to love this pillow. It's a great shape and height with baffling to keep everything in place and customer service was really responsive when I had a question, but unfortunately, the pillow is a brick and the casing is very stiff. If you like a *very* firm pillow, this is for you! I need a much softer pillow with the same initial loft. I kept the pillow because it was difficult to ascertain how stuff the pillow was in the packaging, and the shipping costs to and from were enough to make returning not worthwhile for me, but I'll end up donating the pillow.”

For instance, both surfaces of the pillow are not the same. One is meant for uniquely side sleepers, and the other surface is for both side and back sleepers. If you need any kind of help and/or explanation, please do not hesitate to contact us. It can also take a bit of time to get used to the pillow. “I purchase a pillow per my doctor suggestion. I spoke to someone at headleveler and with some questions they suggested a specific pillow. Received the pillow pretty fast. Felt the pillow to hard so I called back. They suggested a different model. Returned the previous one and tested the new on I felt it was better but it’s hard to judge when it’s in a plastic envelope. So I took it out and took a chance but I don’t like it. Now I’m stuck with it. The service was amazing but the pillow not so much. That’s the problem when you can’t try them before you can buy. Will stick to buying in the stores so I can try them.”
