“I am very happy with the White Wolf Vegan Protein Powder I purchase - and the prize is amazing. Sadly my last order came with less than satisfactory customer service. I ordered on the 29/12, and orders usually ship quickly, but when I'd not received it by the 6/1, I emailed the company. After a few days of no response, I called, and the person answered the phone 'yep' - I had to confirm I was calling health co to make sure I had the correct number. I was told there had been an issue with the shipment (seals not sealing properly) and that the new one had just arrived. I was given an apology for the delay, but it would have been better for me to be advised of that from the start, without me having to email AND call. I'll continue to purchase from Health Co because the price beats anyone else I can find online or in a retail outlet.”

“Customer service at Health Co was good but parcel has still not arrived. Delivery service has noted the parcel at Sydney depot for close to a week and no sign of delivery. Very disappointing.”
