An email was received when the order was placed but no more correspondence regarding delivery until I emailed to follow up the order 5 days later!

Bought 15litre cask. Still cannot use as no tap delivered. Sent two emails. No reply.

Needs improvement on the delivery. It say delivery is around 3-5 days but in reality it took them two weeks before they sent out my order.

Unfortunately I still have not received my purchase. The auto-correct on the online shop changed the post code of the shipping address so the purchase was sent to the wrong location. I alerted Health Co to the issue but it did not help. I received a phone call from the post office of the wrong location and explained that the post code was incorrect. The purchase then sat at that post office until it supposedly gets returned to Health Co. Maybe once they receive it back they can actually send it where it needs to go.

I am rating 2 stars due to the major delivery delay. Placed my order on Monday and no delivery until the following week Wednesday. That is 9 days for delivery from their Capalaba store to Calamvale (23.5km distance). Items were of a good price. However, knowing now how long the delivery takes, might as well drive over there to pick up my items.

I ordered some Magnesium tablets recently. I received notification to say that the parcel was on its way, then again to say it was delivered. There was nothing in my letter box. Then another email to say that there was a problem with delivery and to go to local Australia Post to pick it up. I went there, they had nothing for me. They looked at the email from Sendle and Australia Post and told me it was a scam. Then at the end of the week I received another email from Sendle to say parcel had been delivered but could not find it anywhere. A couple of days later, I went to get my car out of the garage which was closed, and found a small cardboard box on the shelf near the garage door. That was the parcel I had been looking for. While I appreciate finally receiving the order, I am wondering how I received scam notification regarding the tracking of the parcel through Sendle and think this should be investigated as I would hope my order was confidential to HealthCo and not having my details shared. This may have nothing to do with your company but it has concerned me and I feel unsafe ordering on line in future.

Hi Your order was received on 21st March and dispached on the same day. It was sent with sendle as they are much faster that Australia post in your area. Your order was delivered within less than 24 hours on the 22nd march. We did not send your parcel with Australia post and our tracking email (21st march 3pm) indicated that it was being sent via sendle with tracking number and a link to track your order. So we are not sure how you assumed that it was being sent with Australia post. Really disaapointing to see that Australia post will call an email a scam without knowing the facts. It seems to us that you had another delivery coimng in from Australia post and you are confusing it with this one. Because there is no way you'd get a notification from Australia post for this order. As I've yet to receive my order I can't comment on the service. It's frustrating when you can't track your order as the Aramax tracking never works.

I am very happy with the White Wolf Vegan Protein Powder I purchase - and the prize is amazing. Sadly my last order came with less than satisfactory customer service. I ordered on the 29/12, and orders usually ship quickly, but when I'd not received it by the 6/1, I emailed the company. After a few days of no response, I called, and the person answered the phone 'yep' - I had to confirm I was calling health co to make sure I had the correct number. I was told there had been an issue with the shipment (seals not sealing properly) and that the new one had just arrived. I was given an apology for the delay, but it would have been better for me to be advised of that from the start, without me having to email AND call. I'll continue to purchase from Health Co because the price beats anyone else I can find online or in a retail outlet.

Customer service at Health Co was good but parcel has still not arrived. Delivery service has noted the parcel at Sydney depot for close to a week and no sign of delivery. Very disappointing.
