Rang to confirm delivery within 5 days Purchased 2 hours before countdown despatch time. Was then not posted until 5 days after purchase. Very disappointed as I needed it before a trip away.

I bought 2.5kg of moringa powder from Health Co on Sunday 30th June. The next day I got an email with a tracking number from Australia post. The package only had to come from 150km away, so when I hadn’t arrived by Friday I went looking. Australia post had no more info other than receiving the notification from Health Co. The following Monday I checked again. Still no update. I emailed Health Co twice Monday with no response. I tried calling the 1300 number on the email. There was no answer, there wasn’t even a message bank greeting to suggest who you have called. It just timed out like it was the 1990’s. Finally I rang Australia post. They couldn’t tell me anything about the package despite having a tracking number. Turns out it was a manifest number and could have been for multiple orders according to them. Miraculously the next morning my order was delivered with a different tracking number. All is well that ends well but the communication from Health Co was none existent. Good product and a good price. Customer service could do with a shake up. I’ll potentially order from them again, I just hope this review sorts out a few shortfalls. As long winded as it is.

The price was excellent, which is why I chose Health Co. The delivery was delayed however. This may have been the fault of Auspost. Health Co answered my email enquiry promptly and assured me that they were also looking into it and that the delivery was insured, which was good to know. Meanwhile I did have to buy more locally at full price.

Took 6 days to dispatch my order and no reply to my emails enquiring as to when the order would be dispatched. Probably won't order again from this site if you can't be bothered with customer service.

Delivery not good with three attempts. Courier said gate closed however had he read the sign at the gate he would have been able to gain access. We are a gated village, the gates are closed but by dialing the villa number on the delivery e.g. mine being 191, we can let people in

Product, price and despatch time were all okay. What bothered me was that there was not a scrap of the packaging that was a recycled product, nor could any of the packaging be recycled. Usually, at the very least the bag could be carefully opened and re-used as a bin liner, but not this package, not the way it had been taped up. Please consider our environment. -10 for effort. I won't purchase from Health Co again on that basis.

disappointed about the delivery service. I was expecting the product delivered in a cool box like it was the previous time I ordered. this time the Royal Jelly arrived in a carton box with one ice pack which was already melted. also, I received the shipping notification on a Wednesday, saying it was due to arrive on Friday, but then the parcel arrived on the following Wednesday, a week from when the dispatch notification was sent.

First time ever I purchased health goods items via Health Co and it's still travelling via Australian Post to reach my Postcode Area and I find it was quite easy and simple to shop and purchased goods online and can't wait now to see how good the products will be after receiving it from Health Co. Big thanks.

Very slow in receiving goods. First bag of protein had a terrible flavour/taste but second bag was as usual.
