“disappointed about the delivery service. I was expecting the product delivered in a cool box like it was the previous time I ordered. this time the Royal Jelly arrived in a carton box with one ice pack which was already melted. also, I received the shipping notification on a Wednesday, saying it was due to arrive on Friday, but then the parcel arrived on the following Wednesday, a week from when the dispatch notification was sent.”

“First time ever I purchased health goods items via Health Co and it's still travelling via Australian Post to reach my Postcode Area and I find it was quite easy and simple to shop and purchased goods online and can't wait now to see how good the products will be after receiving it from Health Co. “Very slow in receiving goods. First bag of protein had a terrible flavour/taste but second bag was as usual.”

“Took 1 week to pack. It may be a good idea to give an eta in order update emails.. the tracking number took a week to start working on AusPost. Case in point is this questionaire asks if it was delivered on time.. No time estimate was given!”
