“I have been recieving your organic beetroot powder for some time & up untill now have been satisfied with the quality. I usually purchase 2 lots of the 500 gram packs. Unfortunately, the powder in one of the packs one of the last delivery was lumpy which made it quite difficult to mix with water. I store both the packs in a dry cabinet so it couldn't have come into contact with any moisture as the first pack was perfect. This may be a one off occurence but I would be very dissapointed if it should happen again. This message is just meant as feedback as I realise that you would have limited control over what may come into contact with your products after leaving your factory. perhaps you can mention this to your carrier. “This is my second purchase of this product so I'm very happy with it. However two bags had opened and leaked in the box either when packed or during transport. I think the seal of the bag failed. Only reason for not giving 5 stars.”

“I'm happy with the service provided, with one exception: the delivery company left the package on top of mail boxes and it could have been stolen. I prefer for the package to be left at the parcel pick up for Australia Post, located at Bondi Junction Westfield. Anatoli Trojanowski”

“Product delivered hassle free and i was kept up to date from australia post daily. It came in 4 days from QLD. I would recommend padding/packing inside the cardboard box for protection of the product because there was no packing in the box when delivered.”
