A week after I placed my order I rang to be told you were very busy and would send it express that day (friday) Tuesday had not heard anything. Rang again and after 4 hours Aust Post advised on it's way. Arrived at Tullamarine at 3 am wednesday Aust Post hoped to deliver it that day. Because you insist on a signature they attempted to deliver thursday and I couldn't pick it up till friday. Not a service and no customer feedback with Aust post also letting me down. Your prices are good but I won't go thru that again Brenda

I’m reaching out again regarding my order (#97726), which was marked as shipped 11 days ago from a location only 20 minutes away from my home. Despite that, I have yet to receive it—and more importantly, I haven’t received any communication from your team after multiple follow-ups. When I contacted Australia Post, they said they haven’t physically received the parcel—only that a shipping label was created. That left me wondering: has the order actually been dispatched? I understand delays can happen. What I’m trying to figure out is: How am I supposed to plan around this if I don’t know where the parcel is? It seems like something may have fallen through the cracks. And that’s totally understandable—mistakes happen. What’s difficult for me is not knowing whether my order is lost, delayed, or just in a queue somewhere. Would it be unreasonable to ask for an update today? Even a short message confirming someone is looking into it would go a long way. I’m hoping we can find a simple and quick resolution. I’d really appreciate your help.

I ordered a pre workout a few weeks ago and having had any shipping updates. I checked the tracking details again and it says the order is cancelled. I tried to contact by email but haven’t received any reply for nearly a week.

Beware! They sign you up to a spam-generating web site called reviews.io. They did not ask me if I wanted to have my personal details given to this company. What is it that companies think they can give away people's contact details to external companies with no indication of what that company will do with them? They may sell them to spammers, and I already get enough of that.

I ordered protein on 8/3/24 and it was marked as shipped on the same day. On the 11/3/24, Sam from their customer service sent an email saying they didn’t have the product and would I like a different flavour or a refund. I asked for a refund on 12/3 and had no reply. I emailed again on 15/3 with no reply. I have also got no refund. Please can you refund my money. It is now the 19/3.

Awful service. Would not buy again. Products took way longer than promised and no communication when I emailed and rang multiple time. Was not compensated in any way by this company. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
