“I have ordered my product on 18 Dec 2023 and did not receive it as it was never sent. I emailed my unhapiness on the 10 Jan 2024 to allow for christmas dealys and was send an automatic email saying it would be resent on the 11 Jan 2024. There was no actual reply to my email that I sent. Today is 18 Jan and the product still has not been sent. I will be requesting a refund. Either products were never sent per Australia post tracking.”

“Prices are very cheap for Good Green Vitality - however it's because they are close to their best before date! It is very hard to see the BB date on their webpage if you are buying using your mobile phone - the expiry date is written in white and layered into the picture which is also white. By the time I got the product, it only had 8 days left before the best before date had reached. Maybe just something for your Front End Developers to review and amend, as if I knew it was close to BB (i.e. it was visible!) I wouldn't have bought it.”

“The order was marked as sent one day, but Australia Post did not have a record of the parcel until 1.5 weeks later. I did email in between and no one replied. Then there was a delay with Aus Post which is no fault of Health Co, however, when my order arrived incorrect, with the wrong flavour, no one replied to my email. Unfortunately I found the customer service to be a problem. The items were fine.”

“The worst online shopping experience that I had. Will never shop from you and recommend your site to my gym friends. The express delivery which was promised has not yet received after more than 1 week. The courier you work with also managed delivery on Saturday noon.l and failed it without even leaving failure card or sending any reference number for requesting redelivery by. Realistically write the delivery time in your web and change your yiur courier partner. It is the best advice I can have for you to keep your customers. Good luck”

“I am always bothered by companies who bother you with follow-up emails to review them. I pay them money for a product, and they seem to think this entitles them to bother me with spam. Not cool.”
