Returning hearing aid as it is of no use to myself. It is impossible to get it to fit in my ear so no benefit. Very disappointing

I ordered wax guards they didnt fit i returned them right away along with a note explaining and an empty box of the size that fit. I have no reply no returned money or no wax guards. Not at all happy

Tried to order a hard-of-hearing phone for my mother in the UK. I am in the USA and the web site would not allow for an order from the USA with "Ship-to" address in the UK. Went in circles with the online help and gave up and bought from another company.

Purchased AGEEMAC CLA2 VIBRATING ALERT device, great right product for my requirement . 1st one came with a short 🔌 lead to plug into a 3.5mm jack plug. Ordered 3 more , order arrived about a week later 3 devices all missing the adaptor lead,looks like these came straight from the manufacturer and did not have the jack plug lead added,note this lead is stated on the website and is required if you need to connect to an alarm clock.My requirement is different so I was able to adapt the devices but would have been more convenient if supplied as stated

Unfortunately you sent the wrong size batteries which I didn't realise until I opened the first box whilst abroad so I had to buy elsewhere. My fault as much as yours I suppose.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN OR WILL EVER BE ON E-BAY SO HOW HAVE I PLACED AN ORDER GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT I STOPPED YOUR E-MAIL BUT STILL I AM BEING PESTERED AND YOU WONDER WHY PEOPLE DO NOT ORDER FROM YOU PLEASE TAKE ME OFF YOUR LIST OR I WILL INFORM TRADING STANDARDS

Ordered 60 rayovac 312 batteries. Good batteries will last at least six to seven days. Some lasted that long. (the first pack) Threw a hole pack out yesterday, none of them were any good. Since, the others I have used are mostly two to three day batteries. It's Rayovac's problem cause the date to best be used by is 7-20-20.

I recently ordered some hearing aid batteries from HearingDirect and I only expected three simple things from my order. Firstly, I wanted the batteries to be mercury free as described. Secondly, I wanted them to be the correct size for my hearing aid. Thirdly, I expected them to be received within a reasonable time. When they arrived, they were NOT mercury free, they were NOT the size I ordered and the took much longer than I hoped to arrive. The whole point of ordering online was for convenience but this was far from convenient as I had to return them and wait a month for a refund.

Ordered 2 items on 4th of December for my wife who is hard of hearing as a xmas gift. Neither item arrived. I contacted seller again 10th. Items allegedley resent on 15th Dec. As yet (23rd Dec) still no items arrived. Looks like Xmas present not happening!!

These people just will not stop emailing me despite asking them to do so - I only bought a pack of batteries for someone else and now they want to sell me the world ! PLEASE STOP THESE ANNOYING EMAILS !
