“I found that while I was using them I found a brand new unused pack with just 1 battery. Perhaps next time make sure they are all full thanks very much.”

“Very happy with the mobile phones, easy to use & good for users with hearing difficulties. However on the description on the website it did mention the phones had a charging base, when the phones arrived it became apparent this is an extra. We emailed asking about the base as we can't locate it on the website... still waiting a response. The base will make using/charging the mobile in the home much easier for elderly usesrs.”

“Alarm clock very good bright and loud pity the smoke alarm done'st seem to work when house smoke alarms go off. But have noticed if drilling in room it works also when hoovering. at least the wife will know when I'm doing DIY or hoovering.”

“Yes I am quite happy with the case for the M9500 mobile the trouble the problem although you'll not be able to help my hearing is so serve I am unable to use it but carry the mobile should I need would have to get someone to phone for I have an NHS hearing aid but find it too much hassle it needs a good service hope that is what you wanted yes the M9500 came from you too”

“as a user of a hearing direct amplified phone for several years,i decided to replace it with a newer model. i suffer with sinus infection at times, this can distort the sound . no amount of adjusting the controls helps.”
