“Service, response, delivery all good. Only problem is having tried without a fitting, medium and small usually use small however the earing aid comes free to point of resting loose in ear or dropping out.? Suggestioons ? MEG”

“I have received the trial pack to determine which battery gives me the longest life in my Resound hearing aids. I have only just commenced this trial and will note the life achieved by each battery type included in the pack. The batteries were delivered very promptly.”

“It is my Aunt who is the customer. She paid almost double the price for a couple of packs of batteries for her hearing aid from Boots so to get them at the price we did is really helpful to a pensioner who is nearly 90 years old!! Thank you”
