Takes the money, and after that, orders the item from his supplier. Moreover he has not informed it wasn’t in stock when I payed , instead write : delivery in 3 or 5 days...which become 3 weeks!

Thé only part that is good is the 6 large quick dial buttons. If the 40 dcb button is pressed the feedback us so loud it screeched rien the phone at both ends of the line. It doesn’t even have a hands free facility. In short a complete waste of money, very disappointed. We bought for someone with a hearing aid but it is of no help whatsoever. Did try to call before leaving this review but could get no answer.

The amplicomms bluetooth neckloop never arrived despite indicating it had been dispatched. Later it came out that Hearing Direct had run out of stock and couldn't get any more. I was offered a so called alternative which was headphones, not a neckloop. The only good bit was I got my money back. The company appears incompetent and does not understand the needs of hearing aid users.

I ordered a lifeline phone for my parents 95 and 92, both deaf and paid for next day delivery.. no phone arrived???

Having not worn hearing aids before I phoned for help and advice.I explained that I had an masteroidectomy and would the aids they sold benefit me.promised call back.never got one phoned back again told to email. No reply so phoned up again an lady was very abrupt if this was the customer service before I purchased God knows how much worse it would have got if I had problem.would not touch them

Hearing direct list themselves on Amazon as Hearing Direct USA. They are in the UK. When you order from them they ship UK Royal Post. It also has to go thru customs. Orders take a month. They will not cancel orders. They offer discounts that end up being more than they offer it on Amazon for. They are and unscrupulous company. Buy at your own risk. They also pay people to populate reviews to cover their lousy service. Buyer beware.

I WILL NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN DUE TO THEIR BAIT AND SWITCH POLICY. The web site showed a pack of 8 wax guards and stated that you could buy a pack of 4 for $8.99 US. What I received in the post was 4 wax guards, not four of the pack of 8 shown on the site. When I brought this to the companies attention, they said we sent you a pack of four. They could care less that the web site showed a different product.

So... I would never buy from this company again and would tell everyone else to never buy from them either. First of all, I ordered the most expensive hearing aid they had with express post. They took payment. I rang the company after to find out if it would make it in the evening post. 'Oh, we don't have that in stock...'. OK, thanks for telling me. I ordered the third most expensive hearing aid. It arrived with no extra domes as advertised to get the right fit. Sent it back. This was when the real trouble began. I generated a returns label according to their instructions. Turns out the label generated with the wrong address. 'Manager says not our responsibility and not our problem, no refund'. I explained over and over that yes, I generated the label correctly, only to be told I must have done it wrong because they checked the label link and it was working. No. I didn't. At the time there was obviously (in retrospect) an issue with Royal Mail links and it generated the wrong address. Doesn't change the fact Hearing Direct have taken £400 and won't return it. Customer Service agent went off on a completely bizarre tangent, 'We've given you excellent service, we gave you a refund for the out-of-stock item and upgraded your hearing aid...' As if they shouldn't have refunded me for the out-of-stock item? What upgrade? The whole thing has been a nightmare.

very poor hearing aid £500 aid and it was very poor quality plus hearing direct didn't try and find out why i sent it back

Unfortunately the first telephone I ordered came with a missing part so had to request a replacement. I received no apology and the supplier was blamed. However the telephone replacement was sent out promptly. I regret buying the telephone as it was a dual handset specifically advertised for the hard of hearing yet the cordless handset is just an ordinary phone. As I wanted the second handset to be by my mother’s side it is useless as she cannot hear the speaker. All in all a waste of money.

I order from Hearing Direct on January 13, 2018 and received the product on the 18th. My dad tried them for a few days and could not get rid of the loud feedback and we decided to return them. This is where the trouble with this company began. It took two emails, 3 or 4 online chats and 2 phone calls to even get a return number to return the hearing aids. Once the email was received, the product was immediately returned as to not miss the 30 day return deadline. We have confirmation that the product was received on January 29, 2018 @ 10:30 a.m. my the front desk (S. Lamb). As of today, February 18, 2018, I have yet to be refunded for the products now in their possession. Again, I have emailed, chatted and attempted to call but no one seems to answer...I continually get a recording. So, after 3 weeks of having their product back, I still have no refund. At this point I would strongly discourage people from ordering from this company unless you know for sure you will keep this product. I am being forced to now contact an attorney to get assistance in getting my refund as well as any damages they feel are warranted.

The order that I placed was not in stock but I still received a despatch email and the money was taken from my card. Despite requesting a refund several times since 11th December I had not received my money so I emailed a complaint on 2nd January. I have not even had the courtesy of an acknowledgement but on checking my credit card I can see that the money was refunded on 15th January without so much as an apology. Customer Service is an absolute joke and I would not recommend this company to anyone let alone those of us that thought we would get an exemplary service from a company designed to assist people with hearing difficulties.

I rang up before placing an order to double check they'd be able to send it out, as it's between Christmas and new year. They assured me they could, so I placed an order. The next day they email me to say the item is not actually in stock (even though their website said it was) and i'll have to wait 2 weeks for them to send me it. Poor organisation, would not recommend.

I had an email 'confirmation' of an order never placed, followed up by a customer satisfaction survey asking how they performed on my 'recent order'. I think I'll keep well clear of this firm in future.

I ordered a simple wax removal device with a promise of 7 to 10 days delivery. When no delivery had occurred in 3+ weeks I contacted the company they claimed a problem with USPS and was told that if I did not receive the merchandise within 2 days to contact them again. No delivery and when I tried to contact them they offered phone numbers were inoperative. Now I get no response at all when I tried to contact them by email. The amount I will lose is insignificant, but it should be a warning to those who might order products from the company. JRS
