Takes the money then orders the phone from his supplier not informed it wasn’t in stock when we payed

Purchased a phone based on a Sale promotional discount on their website. Their code did not work so I bought the phone and e mailed them for the payment adjustment. They didn't reply so sent 5 or 6 more messages but they still didn't reply !

I did not have any satisfaction with your amplifier phones . I have impaired hearing . very disappointed .

The hearing aids were loud but the sound quality was poor. They did not fit securely and tended to come loose from the ear too readily. The company refunded promtly and without question. Perhaps an enquiry as to the reason I returned them would have been appropriate at the time.

One month and two days ago my wife returned her hearing aid after 13 months. Not working. Was told it had to go back to US for repair. It would take 3 - 4 weeks. Nothing!!! After sales service is useless. Make sure before you buy where the product comes from Could be China!!!!

My wife purchased a hearing aid from Hearing Direct 13 months ago. She was not told it was manufactured in the US and would have to go back there if anything went wrong. It did! We sent it back to HD and was told it would be 3-4 weeks before it could be returned as it had to go back to the US for repair. It's one month tomorrow since we received their email . I phoned today to be told they could not give me a date for return, but would email us when it came back. Surely a company of this size should have a workshop of their own! VERY poor after sales service. No recommendation. Ask first where the hearing aid comes from and how long it will take if something goes wrong. Perhaps from China!!!

After calling and emailing a problem of not receiving £14 worth of batteries with my order. I am still waiting for them to make contact and still waiting for my batteries. No good customer service at all

Order 100048080 I was sent an email saying my order had been dispatched. Someone then called me the following day to tell me the item was out of stock and would be 3-4 weeks delivery, so I cancelled the order. I then found it on another website and received it from them within 2 days.

The existing hard of hearing telephone that my father has is made by Doro and has two sticky keys. Following a move I decided to get him a new hard of hearing telephone with a wireless extension. There is nothing generally wrong with the telephone or wireless extension supplied. The amplification however is very poor when compared to the Doro telephone. My father could hardly hear the incoming call with the amplification on its highest level. He also had difficulty hearing it using his hearing aid. The Doro is significantly louder and my father does not need to have it anywhere near full volume. To describe the new telephone as designed for the hard of hearing is incorrect. It is only engineered for people with a partial loss of hearing. We are now going to have to buy a new Doro as the one that we purchased is not fit for purpose.

Was going to give a five rating until I just tried to use a battery. The iCellTech 312 I ordered is not a good replacement for the powerone p312. It is too big and does not fit into my hearing aid.

I ordered two products. One was Smart clean wipes. This product was truly awful! Read the product review I left on your website. I can't understand you selling a selling a product like this without checking the quality. I subsequently gave you another chance to prove me wrong. I ordered an Acu-life Audio Kit Hearing aid cleaner. This proved very difficult to open and very difficult to remove the tools when I at last managed to open the package. I ended up by storing the tools inside the Audio Kit - where they are at least usable. The tools themselves are of satisfactory quality so I did not return it for a refund.

my hearing aid doesn't work, I can hear better without it in! I've tried increasing the volume and changing the batteries but still nothing.

After purchasing the HD200, I am far from happy with it. Although the volume is ok, the clarity when watching television is terrible, Apparently everything is pre-programed so cant be altered. It`s no better than my National Health ones.
