“The phone itself is loud and clear. Takes a few minutes to get used to the settings but can be set to the correct volume required easily. Ideal for an elderly person or anyone who needs plenty of volume from a phone.”

“I really needed a 50db phone but because I have had 4 phones struck bylightening this past two years I had to go with a 30db which is not so good with my hearing loss, bit of a struggle , however I cannot fault the delivery to the phone itself.”

“Excellent loud ring and speech quality but not all that easy to get to gripes with its rather complicated screen operations and symbols that are too small for elderly eyes.”

“I placed an order for two of the chosen item, but only 1 arrived in the package! I emailed the company and they replied rapidly apologising the for oversight on their part and true to their word, the missing item arrived shortly afterwards.”

“Good service and price ,informative and helpful info on phone Product works well and word clarity is excellent without hearing aids. Only downside is that earphones are a little heavier than expected,but I am getting accustomed to this now.”
