“I am now a awaiting my hearing aids from Kaz Shiraz who used some debatable sales technique to demonstrate the superior sound quality of the Oticon OPN2 but gave me a price for the Oticon OP3 which is an inferior model which I had not tried out. I only discovered this by googling the Oticon range. This is all because the Phonak Audeo YES range had been discontinued but it is still for sale on your website!”

“It was a faff to set up and I had to buy an optical drive converter as the only Audio out was the optical socket. Finally got it working. You need to warn customer that some smart tvs are unsuitable for the c7100”
