“Order arrived prompt, however not correct, I emailed on a number of occasions but had no response and gave up. You sent a double quantity of one item and missed another, as this cost the same I decided to keep duplicate”

“Previous purchases from other battery suppliers always came in a box of 60 batteries. Yours did not. OK for now as I had an old box, but may not use you next time. Delivery was fine.”

“how can I write a review when in error I ordered the incorrect batteries, asked for the order to be ammended, and you kindly send me the free postage code on their arrival you sent me a refund which at no time did I ask for that, so I still have no batteries”

“Nothing wrong with the product but for such a small item the post and package charge was too high. This compares unfavourably with other ebay retailers from whom I have purchased small items e.g. watch batteries”
