“Customer service second to none! I had a problem using a particular model of telephone and, although it was way over the 30 day 'change your mind' period, Hearing Direct provided a free returns label and replaced the 'phone with one of my choosing - no quibble. I would highly recommend them to anyone; these guys are seriously helpful.”
