“Initially I ordered the wrong phone as it had a seperate electric connection which I did not want, sent a quick email to company and they resolved easily and exchanged for Powertel 30 which I am very pleased with, it is user friendly and good amplification.”

“At the present moment in time, have only used Hearing Direct for Hearing Aid Batterries as they appear to be the best for products, delivery and very competitive prices. Hopefully when I am ready to renew hearing aid, I will give Hearing Direct very serious consideration. They really are worth a try!”

“Overall, a good purchase - the model i bought has the usual features, (redial etc.) and has a basic, but durable feel - large buttons and a good 3(?) metre cable with the unit itself - i bought an extension lead for' walkability' but the supplied lead is long enough for static use. Very quick delivery for my purchase too, less than 3 days in my case, and very easy to assemble (just plugging the supplied leads into the unit and handset) - so all in all, very happy.”

“I ordered your batteries because they have a tag, I now have NHS hearing aids & although ok, I struggle to get hold of the batteries they supply as my hands are arthritic. Your delivery was excellent & the batteries supplied are great. Many thanks.”
