“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Messed me around from pillar to post. Was acused on the phone of being a liar when I advised I did not receive text messages. Company told me wrong dates for delivery on two occasions and called me a liar when I said someone was in when they attempted delivery. After being told that my free postage would now be charged for second attempt I had to threaten to leave them a poor review wherever I could and finally speaking to a manager I was told I would be issued a full refund within 3 days. 3 weeks later still no refund. I have just got off the phone and conveniently the refund had not been processed. Worst service I have ever has in my life. Rude and unprofessional, save yourself the trouble.”

“Ordered cloakroom basin and unit. I wanted to return them as they were slightly too wide, I was 2 days over their 30 days returns policy and they refused point blank to accept them back. Despite me ordering another basin and unit from them and spending over 1k on other stuff. So disappointed in their lack of flexibility.”

“Placed an order online , I had to then call them after 3 attempts eventually got through to an overseas call centre , the first person said they had no order on record, I called back again and the second person found the order I had to ask for a copy to be e-mailed to my address. Then had to contact them re delivery, online chat, they said they can do next day delivery, but they simply can't. Another call to cancel my order, and ask for a refund, and I'm not at all confident they knew what I was asking for. In the end I have raised an issue with paypal.”

“purchased Nuie mdf water resistant gloss white side and end panels and received within 3 days of ordering.Installed 5 days later and within 2 days the upper edge of end panel where it abuts to bath tub lip as blown. Silicone sealant was forced into all joints with only the manufactured edges showing so water cannot enter to back of panel which is not vinyl wrapped, No problem,it as a 5 year warranty contacted Heat and plumb and reply I got back is the problem is caused by water ingress. What load of rubbish its total garbage cheap and nasty, I had previous panels from bathPanelStore and they where perfect after 12 years and installed identically ,only replaced as new bath as been installed and they where to short to fit. DO NOT BUY THESE NUIE PANELS YOU WILL REGRET IT”

“worst online service I have ever dealt with.Order not delivered on the agreed day.When phoned to cancel they said it is not possible because it has already been dispatched.Trying to return an item was impossible.After many calls,I had to give up.One star rating is too much for it”

“Placed an order, that should have arrived within 3 days, to be told after I had ordered and payed for the goods, that they may be a week or more! No good to me as I had a plumber booked. So I cancelled the order and asked for my money back. They have given me excuse after excuse why they could not give me a refund. They accused me of having had the goods and lying about it!! It has taken me 6 weeks, numerous phone calls, emails and eventually getting my credit card company involved and threatening them with trading standards to finally get my money back yesterday. Never never never deal with this company!!”

“Extremely disappointed with this company’s service. I ordered a shower door, was told online it was in stock on a 3 day lead time. Waited more than 3 days, eventually spoke to Vishal who told me there was an issue with their suppliers. Heat and Plumb are just the middlemen, they don’t stock shower doors themselves! After being advised my door would be delivered last Thursday and waiting in all day it didn’t arrive. Contacted them again and I was told there were technical issues and or courier issues. Clearly just excuses 😠. After originally placing my order on the 22nd June I have finally received a refund to my credit card today. So over 3 weeks down the line I now have to buy a shower door elsewhere. Absolutely appalling service, if I could give zero stars I would. Buyer beware I would advise not touching this company even with a very long barge pole!!”

“Wrong valve delivered . Customer has no bathroom for 3 weeks . Promises broken every day . Drop shipping company doesn't hold stock and knows nothing about the products or industry they claim to expert's in . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”

“I made two orders with Heat and plumb - one i had no issue with, the other was a different story. They sent me two faulty products (the second being a replacement for the first) and trying to arrange a return and refund was an absolute nightmare. There customer service was shocking. I have an email chain with over 70 messages and the issue is still not resolved. I would not order with them again.”

“Extremely poor service - would not recommend. We ordered a sink from the website which stated it came complete with fixing kit. It did not advise we would need flexible hot, cold and waste pipe to fit, as it is a solid unit it has to be fully plumbed in prior to fixing to the wall, hence the pipework all needs to be flexible. Due to the lockdown our plumber had to delay the installation which meant we were outside of the 30 day return period. When he installed it he was unable to source the flexible pipes, our only only solution was to source another sink on the day which could be fitted with standard plastic waste pipe fittings. Heat and Plumb have refused to accept the return so we now have a sink in perfect condition with no use of, the communication has been pretty poor too with absolutely no empathy or responsibility shown on their behalf.”

“I ordered from them, the product was faulty and dangerous (risk of electric shock). They refused to refund me or even give me a replacement. Totally rude and unhelpful on the phone. Avoid this company at all costs. They aren't a real company with a physical address.”

“I had a return items booked on 19th and time slot is from 7am to 6pm. When we call the heatandplum Manish he said need to wait till 6pm with 65£ as collection charges. He is not ready to reveal any information about collection people. He said even collection people wont call and confirm the time. So have to pay 65£ plus one day salary to return this item. there is no collection point to return. I am really unhappy with the way the deal with customer. I never ever recommend this company anytime.”

“The most useless company I have ever had dealings with. Have used this company a few times now and every time a terrible experience, They blamed the delivery company saying it wasn't delivered because I wasn't there, I was there all day, the delivery company hadn't had the order! (fact) The latest they send me the same item over and over which was wrong when I made sure on the phone that I hadn't made a mistake, which I hadn't, then try blaming the manufacturing company for not advertising it correctly but it was heat and plumb website I ordered it from. I've been back and forth for over a week now and all they offer is my money back not an alternative and I've got to wait another week for that to be in my bank, didn't take that long to take my money. Don't touch this company they are an absolute joke”

“Avoid this retailer if you have a choice.... We purchased a Prestige Basin from Heat and plumb to find that it was of very poor quality with obvious manufacturing defects / faults. Heat and Plumb have tried to wriggle out of returning the item despite it being faulty and in the 14 day cooling off period. They have even said that there will be charges for the return and re-stocking. It has cost me lost time and additional parts purchase. No apology from heat and plumb just loads of hurdles in the return process which is still on going. As others have also pointed out they are quick to take your money but make it impossible to return / refund an item claiming at every opportunity that its the customers fault. I know my consumer rights and they will not win, but why does it have to be a battle... My advice is to best avoid this retailer.”

“Would never use these again. Cheating scum. I sent back a BTW carcus special delivery in perfect order and have the photos to prove it. They stated it was damaged on return. The only way it could have been damaged in the way it was is by ripping of the panel internally. Refused to give refund.”
