Hello fresh could not suck enough. My son and his girlfriend got me hello fresh Groupon for $30.00. I spent 3 hours trying to crack into their webpage to order. It never ceases to amaze me how the people who run these companies manage to take the service out of customer service. Still trying to get my money back from these trolls. You managed to totally fuck my birthday up hello fresh.

They charge for delivery but the guy leaves box sitting out in sun. He walks in gate and drops it on the hottest day of year and leaves. He could have sat at the back door in shade or under patio. Amazon manages to walk to the door and I get free delivery with them. I would not reccomend this company at all.

Hello Fresh continued to charge the credit card, despite written proof of a cancelled account. They owe me $303.46 and their customer care experience is abysmal.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. What a scam. They will take your money and force deliver items to your residence even if you cancel or skip meals. Customer service is terrible. Excuse after excuse. Meals are incredibly small and not worth it.

First experience with hello fresh, I'm setting things up, getting the feel for the website, I placed my order, accidentally cancel it 2 minutes later. I contact the customer service to explain my simple mistake and they tell me, sorry we can't fix this, your voucher/money has gone?! Unbelievable, I'm trying to contact another customer service agent as I can't believe what I'm reading.

Avoid this joke of a company that takes your money before you can even see what's available, and then refuse to refund you when you cancel the order & subscription long before their so called order deadline but make a whole host of excuses that the order or subscription has not been cancelled even when using the links provided on their own site, absolute low life! I personally know friends and family that use it have used this service with mixed reviews, mostly pathetically small servings, items missing and meals not even delivered and a serious lack of customer support to rectify any concerns or issues once the have taken the money for so called meals! There are far better food box deliveries on Google with far better service and reviews than this joke of a company. Sooner this lot disappears the better for everyone! Watch for the pathetic response stating they did everything they could to help and offer a 50% refund when they're clearly in the wrong. Just another sham of an online company that hides behind the internet providing a terrible service and charging too much money for the insult!

Hello Fresh is not recommended! They will deliver food regardless if you “opt out” for the week because you will NOT be home. The food will be delivered and sit there on your front porch! They will charge you and the credit card company will not adhere to your dispute because Hello Fresh will give “proof” to the credit card company that are just lies. They cheat you. Deliver food when you are on vacation and opted out and charge you anyway.

Had Hellofresh for 3 months so think I've given it a good try. Very disappointed. Customer service is awful. They did not apply the vouchers correctly and made it incredibly difficult to get money back. Food was lacking in the quality that I expected. Lesser weights of things like meat compared to what was on the recipe. Very poor portion size and limited choice. Website difficult to use too with lots of errors. Raised these issues with HelloFresh and received no help so I have now cancelled my account. I would not recommend this company.

Poor customer service. If you have not recieved your package, they won't refund you unless the courier tells them it's lost. Meanwhile sitting at home without food in the mountains. Not to mention, instead of recieving a refund I got charged for some random $68 even though I never ordered anything else and I put my next delivery on pause. This company steals money on a Sunday when Banks can't automatically retroactivate their fradulant charge. Need I say more?

For about the 4th time now, we have received bad, off, mouldy, furry ingredients. You need to supervise your packers. This food is expensive and to receive bad stuff is poor. We have complained in the past and still receive bad stuff. We will be now cancelling.

My account was settled and yet they are still hassling me for late payment and adding late payment charges...PLEASE DONT SET AN ACCOUNT UP WITH THESE JOKERS. If you pay by PAYPAL then it takes a pre-authorised payment again and again until you log into your paypal account and stop it. Then try and get your money back ...nightmare

Please Reviews you have to change system to zero stars or minus stars. Time and time again I have told these folks we are not interested, have a sign on door saying no sales people and which they just willfully ignore. Clearly along with various pointless charities, Jehovah witnesses, local authority and occasional dodge tradesmen they seem to be under the impression people purchase houses to be bothered when they busy. How about having some respect for private property and peoples rights to enjoyment of their homes without being bothered with a pretty pointless business model...if you work for Hello Fresh you may want to know 3.3 stars in relation to reviews is the point when consumers are less likely to engage with your brand and roll on.

Very limited choices in meals and I tried to order different meals than the 3 vegetarian meals listed for the first week I ordered, but found it impossible, so two of the three meals I couldn't eat. One vegetarian meal consisted of FRIED CHEESE as the meal, but I don't eat cheese and I have never, in the world, seen this as a main course for dinner. At over 30 grams of fat per serving, unhealthy. Another meal was a corn salad and one tiny, sad, plastic wrapped cob was the main thrust of the meal, with canned kidney beans. The great meal was a portebollo mushroom "burger" which was delicious! I do not recommend this company and I cancelled.

Hello Fresh didn't meet my personal needs so I canceled the service. Then I get charged again and another box of melted ice pack and now spoiled meat left at my doorway. Thankfully I took a screenshot of myself selecting cancel immediately and not send me one more box so that when the customer service representative told me I must have selected incorrectly I can actually see that I'm not an idiot and that the company participates in dishonest cancellation practices. I believe it was a shitty thing for Hellow Fresh to do and I will now spread the word to friends/family/ and anybody else willing to listen. Sorry Hello Fresh but I'm taking. Y money back to Blue Apron.
