"Hello Fresh Shipped to my old address 700 miles away even tho I updated my address the day I got the notification about last chance to change your box. I also skipped that upcoming delivery and all of the upcoming ones that I could going Forward as I just don\u2019t find the quality what it was. It wasn\u2019t until my account was charged that and I was notified of the delivery that this all came about. They not only charged me for a box I didn\u2019t want but are shipping it 700 miles away and they can\u2019t reroute it or refund me. The can give me $20 and that\u2019s all. The customer service agent Marla made sure to send me the link to the terms and conditions. \r\nI\u2019d been a customer with Hello Fresh for 5 years with 65 boxes. This was highly disappointing and I don\u2019t recommend them to anyone. Choose a different food service."

"I got the introductory box with free shipping and 30 dollars off so I ended up paying 33 dollars for 3 nights of dinner for myself and my husband. \nI cancelled right away because I only wanted to try it. \n\nThe meals they chose for me were Gouda Burgers, some kinda pasta dish, and a pork dish. I don't eat pork, and I'm trying to cut back on pasta so I switched those two up for sirloin, greens beans and gruyere potatoes, and mushrooms steak tips. \nI've tried 2 of the 3 meals so far and they've been really tasty! \nPlus they're so easy to follow instructions even my husband (who doesn't cook) found himself doing most of the work for one of the meals. \nThey serving sizes are decent with most of the dishes including some type of fiber filling vegetable.\nNeed more convincing? Go on the HelloFresh app and look at the cookbook. All their recipes are on there and recreatable. Before receiving the box I was able to make the Bellpeppers stuffed with Curry rice, and black bean tacos! \nSo in conclusion, any problem I may have had was easily solved, I was able to easily cancel right away and was super satisfied with my results. \nWho knows? I may even continue with HelloFresh in the future when I go back to work to make life easier. "
