“I wish that I had read the reviews before I ordered. Purchased the sexual euphoria gummies that were not. Received an email from mood that said that they were sorry about the product not delivering what it was supposed to, but, they were developing a new version, and they are going to send 10 gummies free of charge. They didn't, so I ordered the new version, and paid a higher price, and still haven't received the free gummies. After back and forth emails, and I'm done. Never again, I definitely won't be ordering anything from them again.”

“I recieved my order ontime. I smoked a bowl of Pluto and I am lit. That's added to my list to buy again. I bought Two (2) Different 8th and One (1g.) I will be back. 💯 I can't wait to try one of the others. 😁 I am enjoying this high. 👍”

“I was surprised at how well they work for me. Delta 9 ones get me toasted on a half of one. Never had a problem with shipping. Read complaints of taking longer. Just order sooner.”

“I wouldn't recommend them I was simply trying to make a purchase with the coupon that they had available and the young lady told me to use a different card and try it with that and if that didn't work then try it with another card, all of a sudden they're saying that I've been abusive of the situation and they are putting me out that I no longer can make purchases from them, the most unorganized group of people ever and the product really wasn't that great”

“I'm actually impressed. I'm a medical marijuana patient. I have a high tolerance with THC, etc. The Sleepytime gummies do not get me high but they do help me sleep! Less interruption, solidly refreshed in am.”

“I still order from them but now they are getting lazy an their products are really dry barely handling it crumbles. ALSO they are getting later an later on my delivery's I used to get it in 3 to 4 days after ordering an now when I order it takes almost 2 to 3 days for them to even pack it for shipping it just sets for days. I need to find something better.”

“Mood uses FedEx for some of its shipping. I’ve ordered several times from mood and every single time, it’s been delivered to the wrong address. I think this is primarily fedex’s issue. However when I called mood to complain- the rep tried to give me a sob story about how everyone complains about different delivery comapanies…it was if the rep was the victem not me…. They told me 10-15 days for a refund!!! When I pressed the issue, it was a quicker resolution….so obviously something customer care could have done more easily. while the products are ok, be ware of this company! This is a medical need for me and zero compassion from Mood!”

“I've been doing the mood gummies at night about an hour or so before bed. I bite them in half and have seen dramatic increases in my REM score, also my overall quality of sleep has improved as well. I had zero issues with shipping and will be ordering a few pre-rolls for relaxing on the weekends.”

“I was about to place my first order, then read reviews about shipping and service issues. These are both huge flags for me. Using an unreliable shipping service is a big fail. Will check reviews later to see if any improvement.”

“I don’t understand the negative reviews. I’ve been ordering from Hello Mood for over a year. The shipping has been consistently fast and their products are wonderful. I only order edibles though because I have lung issues. I buy the strongest ones and they’re much better than I can find at a local dispensary.”

“My husband and I both have been using the mood but he has pulmonary fibrosis and this stuff has helped breathing is much better and his sleep is phenomenal which he hardly sleeps at all so I give this a five and all accounts everything we have tried this far has been amazing I like to take the moods company for all their help and understanding and trying to get what we need for my husband customer service is phenomenal all around great company thank you all Cindy”
