“Honestly, I’m not the one that makes the effort in writing a bad review. However, my order came about 3 weeks after the expected date and it was only shipped after I contacted customer service and asked where my delivery was. Then, when they replied, they told me that some of my order was out of stock and that they were going to refund me for these items since I had already paid for them. When I finally received the order, some items (I.e the customized champagne labels) looked nothing like the pictures. If they would have shown how the actual label looks, i wouldn’t have bought it in the first place. I wouldn’t say that I am happy with my experience with this company and wouldn’t buy from them again. However, the woman in customer service was very nice when I reached out to the company so that was a plus!”

“Thrilled to bits with my hen tops brilliant quality sizing is spot on not small made highly recommend thank you again the unicorn hen tops were brilliant for my theme they also washed up perfectly one of my hens was male and he loved it xxx”

“I ordered a personalised vest top & stickers for out hen party with 2 day delivery. They came when stated & were brilliant. The top looked amazing, unfortunately the stickers didn’t stick that well but overall please with my goods”

“Printing on the T-shirts look fantastic but the sizing is off I’m a standard size 14 and I ordered a XL 3 so I could have it a bigger but it’s a Tight fit”

“Had a bit of trouble online but when I spoke with Customer Services they were friendly, helpful, polite and experienced. Between us we managed to get the order through. Goods arrived in good time and was absolutely delighted with the printing and colour and most of all quality of t-shirts. Would definitely recommend.”

“Received my order and by human error my order was short by 4 items, a quick email and this was corrected immediately and they got sent out and received 2 days later. Fantastic service and communication. certainly would use again.”

“Excellent service and good quality t shirts! However, if like me you prefer loose fitting t shirts (I’m a size 14 and so I ordered XL size) but was far too tight so had to re-order XXXXL which believe it or not was much better!”
