The clothes although beautiful run very very small and unfortunately, I was not able to exchange any of the three dresses that I purchased. Now I am out $93.00. I will not buy again.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the sizing didn’t work out for you. Our sizes are true to size, but we understand fit can vary from person to person. Since our merchandise was discounted by 80%, all sales are final, as stated in our policy. We always recommend checking the size guide before purchasing to ensure the best fit.

I ordered a two-piece sequin skirt set on final sale. The main reason I ordered it is because it said it was fully lined. It arrived and was not lined at all and was extremely itchy and uncomfortable which is why I would never order that type of garment unlined! I immediately reached out to the company and ask that they accept a refund under these circumstances, that the item was misrepresented on their description on their website. They refused because it was final sale. I now notice they have removed the term fully lined from the description. I think that was an awful thing for them to have done. They lost a customer that has ordered before and should have issued a return given they had incorrect information on the website. Not very professional!

The size chart was not accurate so the clothes when I received them were actually too big even though I had here to the exact measurements provided on the sizing on the website. Unfortunately, a few of the items I could not return because they were final sales so I’m stuck with these dresses that I can’t even wear or use

I reached out to customer care because the dress I received was completely off the measurements guide and the top half of the dress the sides came out to my arms rather then just covering the chest area. I was told that the dress isn’t faulty and I should chat to them next time to check ‘correct measurements’ like it was my fault. The waist tie also doesn’t stay like it does in the picture once you’ve tied it because it’s sheer material it just bunches up.

We are so sorry to hear you are unhappy with your purchase. We do make sure all customer complaints are fairly assessed. Unfortunately this came down to an incorrect fit return rather than eligible for a faulty return. We do state that measurements on the sizing guide are to be treated as a guide only as sizing can vary style to style due to different dress shapes and materials used. We do also state the style to be a larger fit on the product page and to size down for this style. We definitely are not implying this is the customer's fault but we do encourage customers to reach out prior to placing an order if unsure of sizing as this significantly reduces the risk of needing to return. We hope to improve our services in the future and are very sorry again for any inconvenience caused.

does not look as good in person. im a medium in everything and this just didn't fit me. bought 2 other medium dresses from this site and they fit me perfectly. Im having trouble returning this currently. i'm kinda upset rn because i feel like i lost money from this purchase.

We do state on our sizing info page that sizing can vary slightly based on the style and brand as we carry a variety of different styles/ brands. To overcome this issue we do encourage customers to email through to customercare@her-empire.com with any size queries they may have so we can provide specific advice tailored to your needs/ sizing info and also provide specific measurements for the styles you are interested in prior to placing an order to ensure you have as much information as possible regarding size/ fit of the specific style prior to going ahead with an order. Long periods between new pieces in store and not much variety. Would of preferred refund over store credit.

Hi Lidia, we’re so sorry to hear you’ve had a bad experience with us! We do get restocks/new arrivals every 1-3 weeks! Unfortunately since the outbreak of COVID our restock times for certain items have become increasingly delayed beyond our control however we are starting to see this now return to normal timeframes. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Most styles we are now able to restock within 1-3 weeks however for certain items there is still sometimes a 1-2 month wait due to delays caused from COVID beyond our control. The store credit also never expires! It can be used on anything site wide. We have a range of accessories like bags and jewellery! It can also be used on a gift card. All of which make great options for loved ones

Ich kann hier an dieser Stelle keine Bewertung abgeben. Ich habe die Annahme der Ware verweigert. Da die Rechnung über PayPal lief, wurde der Betrag abgebucht. ich warte jetzt auf die Rückerstattung. Bisher leider nicht erfolgt. Auf eine Email meinerseits wurde bisher nicht reagiert. Schade.

Had issues with sizing, even when downsized as per recommendation. Customer service team was rude. Wouldn’t bother getting a store credit so just gave the dress away.

We do our best to assist customers who email through prior to placing an order with any sizing queries they may have by providing them with exact measurements of the styles they are interested in if requested or we can also use customer measurements and sizing info such as weight/ height to help best determine the correct size for them before placing an order. Hi Susan, We are so sorry to hear this has happened! It's always best to email through to us if you haven't seen any updates in your tracking after 2-3 days so we can look into the issue asap for you! Now we are aware there is an issue we have looked into your order and can definitely see there is an issue with the shipping, normally DHL Express is very quick and we did dispatch your order same business day as you placed the order so it should have arrived by now. To resolve this issue asap for you we have now refunded you in full for your order as we completely agree 2 weeks and still no sign of the items is unacceptable. We have also contacted DHL Express and lodged an investigation to see what has happened to the parcel as unfortunately this is a very rare unexpected shipping problem. We have the team at DHL working on this now so once we have an update we will let you know. The item if found will still be delivered and you will now be able to keep the item for free once it eventually arrives as an apology from us for it taking so long! Like we have mentioned earlier this is a very rare and unexpected circumstance. We actually have never experienced this issue before with DHL Express, the delivery service is normally very quick. We hope now that we have refunded you in full to compensate once you do eventually receive your item let us know your thoughts again! We apologise again for the inconvenience this unexpected delivery issue has caused but we can assure you now we have been made aware of the issue we have now actioned for this to be investigated and resolved asap for you :)

My recent expierence is I placed an order for a dress, paid for it, then several days later received a refund and email stating you could not fulfill my order. Very disappointed to say the least.

Hi Lorie, We are so sorry to hear you had a bad experience with us! Unfortunately the dress you ordered had a minor fault and during quality control we were unable to deem it fit for send out. We take pride in our quality inspections to ensure all items we send to customers are in perfect condition. When we cancelled your order we emailed through to you with our deepest apologises and also provided you with a 20% off discount code to use when the dress came back in stock. Which when it did you then repurchased using the code we gave you. We understand you were disappointed but we did try everything we could to make it up to you considering the situation was out of our control. We wish you would kindly understand we would rather have cancelled your order than have you receive an item that was faulty. To leave a 1 star review even after you used our 20% off code we offered you to buy the dress at a later date is a bit disheartening :( We hope you will change your review in the future to reflect your entire experience with us not just the one off circumstance that was beyond our control.

We've just searched our email system and could not find any correspondence from you. Could you please forward the original email you sent to customercare@her-empire.com so we can sort this out asap for you! Provided the dress is unworn with all tags still attached we can provide you with our return details so you can swap for something else :) Again, we will need you to forward the original email you sent to us asking for sizing change.
