“I had reached out 2x to customer service over 4 months and never heard back. Was really hoping to know when the Milana jumpsuit was going to restock the large size. I ended up ordering the medium and took it for alterations and really hoping it works for my bridal shower. Disappointed in the customer service but hopeful for the jumpsuit!”

We understand that it can be frustrating when an item doesn't meet your expectations. Please keep in mind that we do post the model's height along with the size of the dress she is wearing, as we want to provide our customers with as much information as possible. However, as you mentioned, the length of the dress can vary based on individual height or body type. We are also more than happy for customers to email through to customercare@her-empire.com with any size queries they may have so we can provide specific advice tailored to your needs/ sizing info and also provide specific measurements for the styles you are interested in prior to placing an order to ensure you have as much information as possible regarding size/ fit of the specific style prior to going ahead with an order. “I was very impressed with the customer service from Her Empire. I ordered the “destined for you” dress but was unfortunately given the wrong one. I was given a very similar dress, so I see how the mistake could have happened. As soon as I let the team know they immediately shipped me the correct dress. Unfortunately I was notified I’d have to pay duty on this second package. Thankfully, I reached out to the team asking if they would pay (as I didn’t have to pay for the first package and the second package is a result of their mistake). They immediately replied and paid the duty for me! As for the dress, it’s okay! It’s currently being altered as it’s too big. The material isn’t what I expected, as it feels a bit cheap. In my opinion they are a bit over priced for the quality. Shipping was also extremely fast. Overall I had a good experience and I’m sure I’ll wear the dress at some point!”

We apologize greatly for the inconvenience this may have caused you. This is really rare to happen. We have notified the dispatch team of this issue to ensure it doesn’t happen again! We are so glad we were able to sort it out and express ship the dress asap to you! As far as the duties, we unfortunately have no access to additional information/ insight into what the charges are as they are different for each country/ package. These charges do change and we are unable to keep up with each country's additional shipping taxes, which is why we also state on our shipping page if the customer is unsure to contact UPS directly for further information prior to placing an order with us. Please if you ever do see something else you may like, email through to customercare@her-empire.com so we can assist you as much as possible to ensure you absolutely love any future purchases! This can include sending though raw unedited images of styles you are interested in or getting one of the girls in the office to try on so you can see the styles on different body shapes to that of the models! We are also working towards filming office try ons so customers can see the styles they love on lots of different bodies prior to placing an order.
