As per our shipping policy, all orders are processed within 2 business days from the time of purchase. We can confirm that your order was indeed placed on April 9 and promptly shipped out from our warehouse on April 11. Once the package is in the hands of USPS, any delays that occur are unfortunately beyond our control. We understand how frustrating this can be, and we empathize with your situation. However, we're thrilled to hear that you're pleased with your dress despite the delay. “The dress is very beautiful and it has a great quality, really liking the material, so I‘m happy with it! One thing I‘d like to critizise is the high prize for shipping and that there was no information about the custom duties which were really expensive!! All together I paid nearly 100€ for one dress….”

Thank you so much for your kind review! We are so sorry to hear about the customs duties you experienced. We do state on our shipping page - - Customs or Import charges MAY be required upon delivery. Please note that HER Empire is NOT responsible for covering these costs. - Shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient. This shipping information is accessible to all customers prior to placing an order with us so we do try our best to inform customers there may be additional charges. These customs charges, unfortunately, vary from country to country so we don't have much control or information on these as it differs depending on each order value and delivery destination etc. However, we completely understand your feedback and feel terrible you experienced this! We do hope we can improve our services in the future as we grow to hopefully help with shipping costs the future for our international customers in Canada and Europe, especially who seem to be most impacted by these additional customs charges. “They had great customer service and efficient shipping. Since i live within australia i think this made shipping faster. Their customer service is great, response came basucally just the next day. Their clothing is of high quality. i would give them 6 stars but i think the price of the clothing could lessen by $10-$20 to make it more affordable. I live the style aswell hut some clothing are a little too revealing for me. But overall i loved the store”

“loved my item, i bought the monaco dress. unfortunately after the first wear the boning pierced through the material at the bottom but i am hoping to get around to fixing it. other than that, love the dress and fast shipping.”
