“I was very disappointed with a transaction that involved a return and got stuck at customs. The people at Hervia were very nice up to this point, and still to this day I never received my returned item back.”

“I bought the new Jeremy Scott 3.0 trainers paid £5.95 postage they sent me shipping notification I have been tracking it on DHL and they appear to have not been picked up, heard nothing from hervia and it's really annoying as I could have walked over and bought them.”

Hello Anthony, I have looked into this for you, and can see that you had placed your order after 6pm on Friday, which is when our offices close for the weekend. Your order was dispatched the next working day which was Monday, and our tracking information shows that DHL had attempted delivery on the Tuesday, but there was no one home. Please let us know whether you have any further problems.
