Dear Yunah, we communicate all order updates via email including dispatch notifications. You can also view your order progression by signing into your Hervia account. When orders are dispatched, our courier DHL provide email and text updates with a delivery estimate. This is all part of the Premium Express Shipping service we offer. Kind Regards Hervia CS Team

“Fast delivery. good Price. But.. I requested to cancel my first order, it didn't work. I know it's hard to check all the orders on time. However I requested it almost right away. I suggest to cancel or change the order within 30min after order confirmed.”

“The product is authentic and great, but DHL express is shit which charged me custom duties again. Fuck that. This is the second time that I paid the custom fees. Never ever ever use DHL.”

“Hi , I am shopping with farfetch regularly and visit your vesite time to time and i love the verity of product what you carry , one big problem is there and that is the shipping charge .the benefit of farfetch is the free delivery and in your vebsite the delivery charge is much more then actual . in our country duty is 5 % but you charge somehow 15 % .shipping charge 3 time compare others . difficult to shop. thank you”

Dear Mahmood, Our shipping charges reflect the weight of the contents and distance the parcel has to travel, in your case to the UAE. We do however deduct all VAT from orders placed outside of the EU to the value of 20%, as well as offer frequent free shipping promotions which we communicate to customers on our mailing list and across our website. If you had used our free shipping code you would have received free shipping on your order. We hope you will return to Hervia in the near future to shop with us again. “I was very happy with an online shopping experience itself and I will definitely come back in the future. However, the lack of communication after I was trying to exchange my item, no information whether I will receive my exchange and how long it will take to send it was a bit off putting. I had to call on a numerous time and even though I was reassure by a costumer service that I will receive email regarding my exchange unfortunately I still did not get it.”

“Hi, I would give you very good but one thing you need to explain to people who work for. I received white my order with security tag ( theft protection , white plastic thing). Your people just forgot to remove it. I went to a few stores to have it removed. The stores said they couldn't. I live in USA , i can't send it back to have this thing removed. Finally, I had to remove it myself but I had to damage my T-shirt. Well, that ruined my day.”
