Back in 2010 the first time I bought my clothing from Hervia, they have excellent service. During my study in the UK, I visit their shop in Manchester too. Since after graduated, I bought quite often online yearly from Hervia and ship via DHL. Or else during vacation in UK, I still pay them a visit. Lately their service getting average. In year 2017 I bought 2 times, first my order delayed because no stock than cancelled. Second time, they sent me wrong color. Email response from them was slow and never reply your second enquiry. Promise to rebate back partially amount back to my account because exchange was not available and it is their fault for not checking properly before ship. Since that day, never hear back from their customer service again. The old days gone.

I was sent a polo that was not the polo i ordered. Dont want to go through the hassle of returning it though.

Ordered some items. It says payment accepted but after a few days I got an email stating my order has been cancelled without notifying me of the issue. Got refunded a few days later but lost a few dollars most probably due to exchange rate.

Dear Gabriel, Unfortunately we are unable to ship any fragrances outside of the UK. This is due to courier restrictions not allowing the shipment of flammable goods. We do state on all our fragrance listings that we are unable to ship outside of the UK. As a result your order was cancelled and refunded by our system, however a full explanation should have been sent to you by a member of our team, and so we can only apologise if this didn't happen. Had to contact customer service many times. Received email from Hervia saying my credit was processed since Jan. 19th, today is Jan. 28th, still do not see credit posted on my account. Furthermore Hervia sent me the wrong size and I had to return the sneakers the return charges should be reimbursed.

Regarding your returned items, both of these were returned out of time, but as a gesture of good will we have credited both of these back to your Hervia e-wallet. Wrong item is arrived. The design of the jacket was totally different from the images on website. Of course, I asked for the refund. However, CS team says the refund might be delayed until the returned goods arrival. This might tie up my money for 3 weeks. Also, I had to prepare a string of exacting documents for tax refunds from the customs. Plus, I had to print return DHL labels by myself since they were not in the box. A total nightmare :(

Ordered 2 x bottles of Daphne perfume for my wife. One bottle came without clear packaging in just the cardboard and was not full! Looks like a used bottle. Not much missing but odd none the less. The other one was ok and sealed.

I would have to think twice about shopping again with your store as i was very disappointed that i had to pay pay for the postage to return an item. Sorry guys but it was not only having to pay postage but also have to go to the post office. The reason for shopping online is all about convenience. Regards Kevin Kahan

Not really fair rating them poor but had to arrange and pay for own returns which is a bit of a joke. Money was paid back within a few days but think the returns policy is crazy for a retailer like hervia.

Although the website said free shipping over £150 pounds, I could not find a way of getting this until I had completed the purchase. I then found, on re-logging onto the website that you had to put in a special offer code to begin with - this is not clear at all - most websites automatically do not charge for shipping when you reach the threshold purchase amount. I then had to call customer service, who were very polite and said they would contact accounts to arrange a refund. I have not heard from anyone since and really do not want to spend any more time to call again for £6.50 but it's really very annoying.

We are very sorry that you have received this poor level of service. If you email cloe.sin@hervia.com she will organise an immediate refund. At the moment we do have free shopping and this is activated by use of a code. We will however speak to our web company to see if this can be activated automatically.

I ordered and paid for next-day delivery, presuming that, as I ordered in the evening, next day would actually mean two days. On the day it should have arrived I rang to find it had not yet been despatched. When I queried it's tardiness there were only apologies and asked whether I wanted to cancel the order. I think for PR purposes they could have waived the one-day charge but no. I think this store has great stock so will continue buying there but they need a little more imagination on their customer service side!

We should have dispatched your order on the 27th January. However, we failed to do this and dispatched your order on 28th January. Ordered an Adidas jacket, arrived very fast but a number or two bigger. Returned it, received another jacket but just doesn't fit my size so i decided to return and have a refund. Notified Hervia several times but no one replied. They have received the jacket but still haven't received refunds .. no mail replies. Hi Goran, You ordered an Adidas Original Climachill Jacket in a Size: XL. We dispatched a Size: XL same day to America. Unfortunately, you were not happy of the fit of the Size: XL, so we happily reserved you a Size: L. Once we received your Size: XL, we dispatched the Size: L exchange the same day. We also covered the cost of the shipping charges. We received your review on 30th January 2016. However, we only received your email notifying us of a return request on 1st February 2016. Our Dispatch Team, using the information from your email traced your return. Originally having difficulties tracing the particular return as you did not include any invoice, paperwork or email notification for our Dispatch Team to identify that this return was from you. I don't plan on ever purchasing anything from this store again. Ordered item, Didn't like the item, and they won't refund my money. They will only give me store credit. This is was the first purchase I've made from Hervia and it will definitely be the last.

Item was posted to the wrong address (108 instead of 180). Tracking code was not received till I went out of my way to obtain it. Therefore the item could have very easily been lost!

I was shipped a raf simons t shirt with a hole in the sleeve. I could return the item but the fact i have to pay for shipping with an item i received with a defect is sad. I'm not paying $30+ for shipping when you guys apparently said it was brand new. Clearly wasn't.

I discovered that the security tag had been left on the garment, but as I wanted to wear it for a weekend away didn't have the chance to return it to have the tag removed.

They have an amazing selection. I bought two shoes which I had to return both. Paid all the returns and not have been fully refunded so I believe I paid their postage coasts as well. With many services postage is included in service. Also the tag of the shoe I took out but was intact in the box so it was sent back to me as well. The last one is my mistake but mind. Cost me 180 pounds to transact with nothing in my hands
