“Postage and delivery so quick. I can't get things delivered this quick from the east coast of Australia (I am on the west coast). The item is beautiful and was authentic and a great price. IT wasn't what I thought it was ( wanted the bracelette and this is the necklace but will still keep it). Could you list Swarovski's item number next to the article on your website so that customers get a better idea of the product next time.”

“I'd definitely use the Hervia website again. The customer service was excellent as was the quality of the item ordered. The drawback is that returns are not free and to return an expensive item, with insurance, can be expensive. Many similar websites offer free returns.”
